LOVE this cookbook! A lot of recipes from local Bay-areans (wow can I say that?) including Alice Waters etc. Again, most of the recipes spotlight California's famous fresh produce and there's a lot of delving into Asian and Mexican dishes as well. Delicious!

Another great yard sale find! The recipes are from the bay area and since I rarely get there, it's such a treat to have recipes from some of the area's finest restaurants. It's so much fun to pick up and try one of these recipes.

This was my first "sophisticated" cookbook and I still use it. Most of the recipes are very good and only a few use exotic ingredients or are overly complicated. If you find a copy at a thrift store or yard sale, pick it up.
