XML bedeutet eine neue Generation von Auszeichnungssprachen fur das Internet. Doch anders als HTML kummert sich die Extensible Markup Language in erster Linie nicht um den grafischen Auftritt Ihrer Webseiten. A great resource if you're interested in learning about XML, however, basic knowledge of computers is required to get past chapter 1! Since it was written for Office 2003, some of the online reference sites it points to are no longer available, but the overall lesson is still of value.

Read the half I wanted, skimmed the other half. Great basic intro to XML (especially if you're already an html developer).

Bit out of date and confused but by the end I had a good beginners' understanding of XML. I'll need to do some more work though!

This "stuff" is new to me. But this was a great intro. A nw s/ware package in work uses this to build a portal and guess who got the assignment? It's a strange little tool.
