Another great story by Donna Grant! I really loved Highland Dawn. I do wondering why is it so difficult for a man to admit how he feels about a woman. At last, Dartayous managed to find the courage to finally say, "I Love You. Of course, they live happily ever after. Enchanting reading!

What an ending
For each book, I want to smack each sister for being so stupid at time. In the end they did find their way but it was a struggle and a struggle to read. I am happy I have read these first three books and then ended exactly how they should.

Dartayous just rolls off your tongue so smoothly and that is what I think about his character. He is my favorite type of male character tall, dark and handsome though I do have to add silent. This silent part of his character had me wondering what he hid. There is a part of me who wasn't surprised by his secret but the twist to it was what added the excitement to it.
Moira as always seems so self assured and in total control so I was delighted to see the other sides of her character that she kept hidden. These parts of her drove her into Dartayous' arms which is where this reader always thought she should be.
This book was a delight to read and it rates 4 STARS.

Best book of the series so far. Donna has this uncanny ability to take you to magical places. She also writes the best anti-heroes, effortlessly.

I was quite looking forward to reading Dartayous' and Moira's book after seeing both of them in the previous books. I did try not to expect too much, as I invariably get disappointed, but it turned out I had nothing to worry about.
The history between the two characters was fairly interesting, as was the reason behind Dartayous' immortality. I wasn't expecting him to be quite so sensitive, but I felt like it fit in with his character even so. He and Moira worked well together, but the progression of their relationship after they entered the world of the Fae made sense. There were some quite upsetting scenes/scenes that bothered me quite a bit. And like book two, I found myself getting frustrated with Moira. Not so much with what happened in the Fae world (since I'm not sure anyone could have stood against Lugus or come up with a better plan), but definitely with what happened later.
I was very glad by the resolution and I have to admit, I'm eager to read the next book in the series, since it implies that it could contain redemptive angst in it. And that's definitely a favourite storyline of mine.

So disappointed in this one. Had such high hopes. I loved Dartayous but was very disappointed in Moira. She was strong and confident in the first two books and then very wimpy in the her book. I get that we all falter from time to time, but she just never seemed to pick herself up. Her BIG secret that was hinted at throughout the whole book, I'm guessing was that fact that she wasn't as confident in herself as she leads everyone to believe, big deal, it's not that horrible of a secret. And then the fact the Frang would teach Dartayous to block mind intrusion and not Moira? Really? Then to top it all off, just as things are getting better, she starts to have feelings for the Lugus after he tried to kill both her sisters, kidnapped her, turned her against Dartayous and her family...PLEASE! Sorry, but having Lugus all of a sudden, with no reason start to feel remorse for all that he had done,...not so much. This story was a let down, but I completely love Dartayous, he was the books one saving grace.

Great plot build!!! Just when I thought it was going to resolve itself, a new depth to the conflict emerged. Really loved the connection Moira has with Dartayous!! It's the prideful and secretive feelings that are the most difficult to overcome, yet the most rewarding. The plot was woven soundly with the romantic connections of the sisters, which makes this series great. I was a bit disappointed with Moira's ultimate conflict with Lugus. I felt left out of a major conflict revelation and the resolution was too simple for my taste. Also, the betrayal element didn't seem as profound as it was insinuated. Other than that, good read!

Another great story by Grant - this one focusing on the eldest daughter, Moira, and her quest to free the Fae from Lugus, who has soured on his wrongful banishment and seeks revenge on his relatives and the two realms of human and Fae. Moira is guarded on her journey by Dartyous, a Druid Warrior who harbors many secrets. Moira has all the hangups of an older sibling who is supposed to take care of everyone else and neglects herself. The story is sweet and passionate and definitely worth a second read.

I liked this book, though both the hero and heroine pissed me off at various points. The main theme of this volume was trust. Had they trusted each other even just a little bit, this book would gave been much shorter! At any rate, I enjoyed the book, frustrations and all, and liked how it ended. I figured with each of the three sisters taken care of, that this would be the end of the series, but there are two more books to go. I'm assuming the next two books will be about Frang and Lugus. Looking forward to seeing what big evil will arise, and what romances will develop.

I was torn between a 3 and 4 star rating. As another reader said Moira and her self doubt and lack of trust really did get on my nerves. It could be because I have read the first three books back to back and the general theme is self doubt and lack of trust. But, I went with the four star rating as overall I liked the book and enjoyed reading it. I've gone ahead and bought the next two books for Druid's Glen, but I may have to take a break before beginning to read them.

An enjoyable read but still there were editing issues. It didn't take away from the storyline but they were there. I felt in some instances, things were rushed and not fully completed more notably McNeil's ending as he played a brutal role and deserved a much closure to his character. Otherwise, an absorbing story that will keep you interested.

The third sister of the Prophecy trio. Moira, is the most important one, as she and the warrior dartayous, who has loved her for years, must enter the realm of the Fae to destroy the evil one who plans to take over the kingdom and also Scotland.

As with book 2, even though you know that they will end up together in the end, I still enjoyed the story to get them there. There was the teaser of the next book at the end but the overall arc of the story started in book one was completed.

this book was so thrilling..! from the beginning stubborn girl Moira was from being the courageous captured lass and all the way to her ..... fate. loved how Donna keeps you enthralled in the different aspects of each character. I highly recommend reading this Masterpiece!!!!!

Can you say HOT?? Donna Grant's first 2 Druid's Glen books were steamy, but this 3rd book in the series is just plain HOT HOT HOT! Definately worth reading :o)

out of the three sisters in this series, Moira's story is by far my favorite. It had passion, intense conflict, highs and lows, and a wonderful ending. This story was perfect.

self published. the 20+ formatting and editing errors bothered me. mostly formatting errors. lots and lots of paragraph breaks mid-sentence. chapter seven did not start fresh on its own page in large font like all the other chapter breaks, but instead was just regular size line of text between one sentence and the next. and while the handful of editing errors were spelled correctly, they were the incorrect word.
dartayous falls into the tired romance trope where he can't possibly tell her he loves her, even when she's dying. moira has some horrible secret she cant tell him, but even after finishing the book - i'm not sure what that big bad terrible secret was. that she didn't have self confidence? i don't know. whatever this big bad secret is makes her vulnerable to the bad guy who she marries instead of dartayous. and frang, who raised moira and knew of the prophecy all along, fails to tell or teach moira important things about protecting herself, even though he teaches them to dartayous. i just wasn't very impressed with this book.

As the time of the prophecy approaches, the druid Moira and the warrior Dartayous make a dangerous journey to find a way into the fae world in order to try to save them. The evil that stalked them all in the Glen has taken control of the fae realm and must be defeated. But will Moira be able to fulfill her destiny or will she succumb to her own weaknesses? Dartayous has loved Moira for years, but he has a secret that keeps him from telling her. He is not who she thinks he is... in the end he not even who he thinks he is.
Great story to wrap up at least this part of the series. I suspect that some other characters will get their own stories, or at least I hope they will.
