Bob Warden’s follow-up to my favorite pressure cooker cookbook of all time, Great Food Fast, proves nearly as magnificent as its predecessor. While some of the recipes are repeats from Great Food Fast, most are new recipes that make Slow Food Fast: Bob Warden’s Quick and Hearty Pressure Cooker Recipes Cookbook worth buying.

If you buy only one cookbook for your Instant Pot or other electric pressure cooker, make it Great Food Fast; however, this sequel is worth the expense for both those new to pressure-cookers and old hands.
