A breathtaking DK book about earth by focusing on weather, biomes, flora/fauna, and its development over time be it plate tectonics or smoking chimneys deep underwater.

The two-page spreads include at least one image if not multiple images that could be drawn or photographs. There are text features and then a short description of the earth item: salt domes, craters, taiga, the water cycle, fog, and so so so much more.

It's as much a coffee table book to browse as it is informative on whatever earthly topic. Stunning with an absolutely gorgeous cover with the gold.

I loved it. 😍😍I always had a hard time understanding about minerals and how it works, but although this book doesnt go in depth it is an easy book and enjoyable.
