The graphics weren't awesome, but I enjoyed the story. I'm taking off stars for the drawings...

Great artwork, especially the cover. At passing glance, we know it's really Spike. Not just his peroxide blonde, but also his handsome chiseled feature... *drool* ;P
Anyway, in this book we know that Cecily, the first love of William Pratt (read: Spike before he was vamped or... melanin challenged) is Halfrek, the vengeance/justice demon. She's on a mission, and Spike tries to protect her next victim. Fun reading and justified ending for Spike!

Oh god! This made me laugh so hard. The ending was typical and I guessed it would happen, but it still made me laugh.

I love everything related to the Buffyverse, but Spike? He’s my all time favorite.

I loved this! The series hinted that Cecily and Halfrek were the same person but it was great to have it explored in this novel.
