Since my favorite Greek #restaurant closed down, it became a must to learn how to cook many of my favorite #recipes. Being diabetic, I needed to know how to do it correctly for that. This #cookbook is great for both: Greek cuisine & diabetic friendly; of course it doesn't just focus on Greece, but other countries of the Mediterranean area.

The photos are beautiful; recipes are detailed with ingredients and preparation steps; nutritional values are listed; hints and stories are also included. This would be a wonderful addition to the bookcase of any home cook that loves variety...the spice of life!

Seemed a bit dated. Could cut out alot of oil & sugar from these recipes. I mean its for diabetics and yet they are adding sugar to recipes that really don't need it. Big thumbs down on that.

This book sounded like it had so much potential, but the recipes don't actually taste very good.

I like simple recipes with ingredients that are easy to have on hand. There were about 10 recipes in here that sounded very good and that I'd be willing to try.

Mostly recipes. Too many different foods to add to one's pantry. Did not work out for me.

Borrowed from library. Cooked Friday night dinner to great acclaim. Flagged so many other recipes, I'm going to just buy a copy.

The recipes sound good, but complicated. I wanted a more simple, practical cookbook with items we have on hand and can make reasonably quickly.
