Mr. Darcy and his new wife Elizabeth, travel to visit their friends, the Bingleys.
A carriage accident, a deep secret revealed by Mr. Darcy, a snowball fight and jingling bells all make an appearance during this romantic interlude of the Darcy's married life.
Mr. Darcy Rings My Bell is a 10,000 word steamy, sensual and intimate Pride and Prejudice retelling short story.
Yes, this is about their sex life and yes, it is explicit, but I thought it was a sweet story of marital relations between a recently married couple. It is all he has on his mind and he’s a little kinky, but they are happy. And, as Darcy says “it is what married couples do”.
It's snowing at Pemberley and the Darcys engage in marital activities. If that's your cup of tea this is ok but you should be aware that there is no story beyond the intimate scenes.
In this P&P sequel, on the way to the Bingleys for Christmas, the Darcy carriage axle breaks resulting in an intimate moment which carries on at the Bingley estate. A short story
the webcomic i read wasn't on goodreads, so i'm using this book as a placeholder. why this book specifically, you ask? its title is similar to that of the webcomic and it's hilarious (yes, having this in my "Read" pile is going to screw up my recommendations, but it's worth the giggles). "Ring My Bell" was an absolute pleasure to read. it was lovely, heartwarming, and oh so wholesome.
+'s - mai and chungyeon's relationship was so sweet and often gave me butterflies. the black cat + golden retriever combo is just asdfghjkl. some may say it was sickeningly sweet, but this was exactly the kind of story i was looking for so i quite enjoyed it. - the art style was clean, distinctive, and helped with the story's flow. both the main characters looked so good together! - this was the first comic-style piece of media i enjoyed, so i'm excited to try more!
-'s - i wasn't a huge fan of the side couple and was kinda glad . there simply wasn't much chemistry between them and chanmi was too homophobic for this to have worked out lol. - the ending felt a little incomplete and abrupt, but the epilogue episodes kinda helped so it's alright.
P.S. "Out of My League" by Fitz and the Tantrums is 100% their song["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
It was ok, if you want a quick read about the married Darcys getting it on a couple of times, then read it. As some other reviews said, the hair thing was a little weird.
I loved it! Mature audiences only. I liked this short sensual variation. Mr Darcy was “in the mood” all the time. Elizabeth was still innocent, but learning a great deal. I love the creative interludes. Another steaming retelling story of the most beloved Pride and Prejudice characters. You feel the excitement, the passion, and the joy the characters are feeling. I couldn’t get enough. Highly recommend!
