Libby doesn't believe in such nonsense as time travel, but when a fall from an ancient tree brings her back to another century, she must decide if her modern heart can belong to a handsome army captain fighting Native Americans. Original.

**Mild Spoiler Alert** I loved this book! I have to applaud the author for turning the idea of a woman time travelling by simply falling out of a tree into a nearly 400 page love story, wow! My only complaint is that the book ended without giving us some idea as to where Libby and Johns life together went once they were safely back in 1993 where Libby belonged. Call me crazy but I love a good happily ever after and a few pages tacked onto the end with a little detail about the characters futures is always a bonus that I enjoy. Anyhow, great read and I hope to discover more of this authors work in the future.
Time-travel romance from the bestselling author of Dreamweaver. Although tree surgeon Libby Pfifer was well versed in plant lore, she couldn't explain how a fall from an old oak tree landed her in another century. Yet there she was, face-to-face with Geronimo and an army captain whose good looks tempted her even while his brusque manner made her want to wring his neck. Very good
I liked it. Story is about Captain John Faulk, who is at Fort Pickens in Florida where some Apaches are being held in the year 1887. The heroine, Libby, drops in from 1993. The secondary characters were wonderful. No major drama, just a nice read. It could have used an epilogue though. I give it about 3 1/2 stars.
