Steve "Sneeze" Wyatt is proud to be known for his fabulous inventions, but, unfortunately, they are also the reason his parents have decided that he should skip a grade and leave all of his friends behind in junior high! There's no way the resourceful Sneeze is going to let that happen. He's on a mission to think of 101 surefire ways to get under his teachers' skin . . . and fast. And not even a worrisome case of inventor's block, or fear of his history teacher Ms. "Fierce" Pierce, will deter him from his clever plan.

This book is all about these wacky characters who are named Sneeze, Hayley, Goldie, Pierre, and Hic. The main character, Sneeze, has been accepted to go to high school and skip the 8th grade. The one problem? Sneeze can not leave his friends behind! Sneeze tries to do things like ignore his parents, embarrass his teachers, and more. Now on to what I think about this book. I only rated it 3 stars because it can be very dull and the storyline is a bit everywhere. I have read the first book in this series, and it was very similar to it. This book reminds me of just a rerun of your favorite TV show. This book also does not have a strong point in the end because it does not conclude in a way that books should end. The strongest point of this book is without a doubt the beginning, as it captures the true charm of the characters and the inventions that Sneeze makes. But the weakest part comes after it where Sneeze decides to write a sequel to his "101 Ways to Bug Your Parents" book. Instead he writes, "101 Ways to Bug Your Teacher." The storyline basically goes. Sneeze gets excited, Sneeze gets mad at ____, Sneeze writes a book about ____. I was even thinking about giving this book 2 stars, but maybe I am just being picky. That concludes this book review for the humor genre.
I didn't finish it, there's no way to take it off the list. I stopped reading it because it became really cheesy to me. A lot of the stuff that happened was because of a kids inventions that got him and his friends into trouble. It sounds like a good original plot, (If there weren't already people who have used familiar ideas to their book) The stuff that happened to them were really cheesy, something you could of seen happening after reading like two pages into the book!
yeah, i know that this book is a bit immature, but it was a truly superb and deeply wonderful book. as you get into it, you can see just how well develped the characters are and the plot is very intricate. it's a funny bit of smarts right there. read it because you can.
This book is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I learned all 101 ways and I got a 9 out of 10 on my schools reading counts quiz!!!
This book was a fun and easy read. I was afraid it would simply be a list of ways to bug your teacher, but there were subplots that tied it all together. About halfway through the book, I had to finish it as things got interesting. As a teacher, the characters remind me that students sometimes have a very different perspective.
I read this book when I was in highschool. I recently found it under a bunch of old books, and it too was old. I got it for a bargain, 2 books, for 100 Philippine pesos. During this time, my classmates read books. So I felt the need to go with the fad. They were reading love stories and I got this.
It was the best book I've read during that time. I recently read it and it still is one of the best. It is a light story, it was funny, it was interesting and even though it wasn't what my classmates usually read, it got passed through the whole classroom, and they also read it. They all enjoyed it, including ones that I wasn't close to.
It is a light-hearted book. It's a good book and I recommend it to anyone who wants to just have fun and enjoy being a kid, one with no worries.
i am currently reading this book so i dont have a review left sooo yah ok. THIS IS A NEW MESSAGE. im reading the book voer i didnt understand it much okis. so the review will come soon. dont worry! NEW message this message was written in 5/14/09. im done re-reading this book and am ready to do a write up!
this book is basically about a boy named steve(main character), or his nick name "sneeze" from is daily 100 sneezes, gets a chance to go to high school and skip two grades. Sneeze loves the idea but then remembers about his friends and that they will not be able to see him. Sneeze in his head desides to not go, but his parents think he really wants to go and they put preasure on him. Since Sneeze didnt want to go to his parents and tell the truth he decided to come up with "101 ways to bug your parents". many of his friends are thinking he is creating a book just as his last "101 ways to bug your parents", but hes not, he is making a list for himself to make the teachers want to call the princepal and tell him what hes done. This action will cause the princepal to make Sneeze stay in the middle school. Of course, Sneeze has been doing all sorts of trouble in school but doing all of this had some troubles because he had to get his humanites teacher mad, ms.Pirece or nicknamed "Firece". Sneeze had been getting weird rumors about the paper and how Sneeze been adding all new types of rules to get teachers mad. Sneeze was confused on how people knew and who really knew. Soon the school knew what Sneeze has done and the teachers knew what he was really doing. Everyone thought he was making a new book. This got things alittle hard for Sneeze. Sneeze had to fix things a soon as his parents knew about this. Chapter after chapter, the book shows how Sneeze got things together with a few other adventures as well. One of theses adventures include Sneeze best "girlfriend" has dinner with ms. Pirece and Sneeze is invited!!! This book includes Sneeze saying his intrest in making inventions has vanished and now looks for something new. This teaches me that sometimes you will grow bored of many things you used to lke but you will not be juged on your intrest by your real friends. When you find something you truely love, you wont do it for money or fame, but because you love it. I recomend this book for people who can relate getting in trouble (i LOVE THIS BOOK) and likes a bunch of drama and a bunch of crazy realistic action!!!! of course with a good meaning at the end of the book! The book rocks for me but my final rating for this book is..................... 4 stars

101 ways to Bug Your Techer Writing Review Reading Log I like this book because of many reasons.First, the main characters are Stve 'Sneeze'Wyatt, his parents, his teacher and Ms.'Fierce'Pierce.Second,he is in 7 grade and his parents wanted him to skip class and he did'nt want to miss his friends so he did a brilliant plan.Third, his on amission to think of 101 ways to bug his teacher. Is he gonna do it yes or no. Ihave an other thinks to add for many important informations.first, his plan is to eat in class, disturb the teacher, and doing his own rules because he want to be with his friends.Next,he also want to get revenge from his parents.also,he got a new friend to do the plan with him because he knows the class very well.Ithink his going to trick his teacher and parents. first, steve wanted to get the repor cards from mr.Pierce.second,was very happy to see his friends.third, his parents decided that he wanted a baby.finaly, the parents thaught he wanted a baby. first, they did the baby and steve was still happy.second,he got the result so he won he got wat he wanted to get.Third,he saw all his friends waiting for him and exited.
In this book Sneeze, whose real name is Steve, is in middle school. He has a reputation at school from a book he wrote and sold the previous year at school called 101 Ways to Bug Your Parents. He is an inventor with a problem: inventor's block. We meet his friends Hiccup, Hayley, Goldie, Ace, Pierre, and many other interesting characters. While Sneeze is trying to figure out what to do about his inventor's block, his parents spring the news that they have arranged for him to skip 8th Grade and go straight to high school. But what will he do without his friends? Then, suddenly his two best friends, Hayley and Hiccup, are not speaking to him: Hayley because she is angry with him and Hiccup because he seems to developed a terminal case of hiccups. And to top it off, his parents have yet another surprise for him. This is an entertaining story, probably more of interest to middle schoolers than elementary students. It is surprising to find that the author used to be an elementary school teacher. It seems she has gone over to the "dark side".
Steve"Sneeze"Wyatt is known for his famous inventions, but his parents think that he should skip a grade and leave all of his friends in junior high. There is no way he's going to let that happen. so he's going to think of a 101 ways to get under the teachers skin, and fast. even his inventors block or the fear of his history teacher Ms. "fierce" Pierce can stop him.
I can relate to 101 ways to bug your parents with 101 ways to bug your teachers because there in the same sereis. i can connect to Sneeze because he sneeze's really loud and so do I. I can connect this book to the world because there are kids that skip grades.
I would give this book 4 stars. because it was all right. There were some in the book that were funny. and some parts that are boring. the part that was funny and cute was when steves sister was born, he thought that they had nothing in common until she sneezed really loud when he went next to her.
Book was amusing! It's a sequel to 101 Ways to Bug Your Parents and I really enjoyed reading this despite never having read the first book. The History Faire project was really creative and I really liked King Cluck (there's even procedure to actually mummify a chicken in the back of the book! So cool!) I definitely enjoy the humor in this book as a teacher and totally agree with the list of 101 Ways to Bug Your Teacher. This book will be an entertaining read aloud for the students especially the fact that the teacher is reading aloud a book about ways to annoy your teacher (although its not entirely about that but also includes Sneeze's inventor's block and the crazy things that had to happen at the strangest times).
In my opinion 101 Ways to Bug Your Teacher is boring because it had no action. I love a book that has action in and through out the book. I can kind of relate to Goldie because we both have similar personalities ex: funny, smart, and worth liking. My thought about this book is that its one of the worst books I've ever read hold on hold let me make myself clear EVER READ. My mind went to that thought because I love to laugh and have fun when I read not yawn. I recommend this book to my other classmate Ixchel that reason is because I should her a part of the book and she liked it so there you go Ixchel me not so much. Bruce Conville (my favorite author) stays In his place, 1st place.
101 Ways to Bug Your Teacher is a really funny, good, easy read. When I read 101 Ways to Bug Your Teacher, I didn't even know that is was a sequel to 101 Ways to Bug Your Parents. Nothing was confusing, so you could probably read this before or after reading the other book. There are many things that happen that you totally don't expect, making it very interesting and hard-to-put-down. This realistic fiction is a super funny novel for anyone.
Steve is a brilliant student and does well in school. He is also a good inventor. His parents decide to let him skip a grade therefore he will enter high school ahead of his friends. Steve is not happy with this decision so he comes up with 101 ways to bug his teacher and family so that they will decide to keep him in his grade instead of sending him to high school.
This book is a sequel to 101 Ways to Bug Your Parents. A hilarious book packed with a group of hilarious characters.
it's good and it's about this kid who loves inventing but his parents decide that he skips 8th grade and starts high school in the fall so he bugs his teachers so that he doesn't get to go to high school cause he doesn't want to go. sorry but I'm weird. if this didn't make sense tov, don't blame me,blame my mind.
I really liked this book. It almost made me cry, which is pretty good for a book. I liked that you really felt the characters emotions and the way they were portrayed. It was sad to see sneeze struggle and have all those difficulties. He wasn't very good at talking at first, but eventually got better. Overall awesome book!!!!!!!!! . . U
It was a good book. Sneeze didn't go to the invention convention and he is back at school. His parent think he is too smart and he should skip a grade. HE creates a list of things that bug your teacher so his teachers think he is too immature. Then his teacher got very mad. He created an amazing project but it all went wrong.
I liked this book a lot it tells me 101 ways to bug your teacher . I laughed a lot and I thought that it was really funny. I would recommend this book to people like Koen that like to drive people crazy 99.9% of the time. But I have ben reading this for a while and i thought this book was historical.
I read this when I was in about 5th or 6th grade so my review won't be as good as it would if I just read the book. This series is a good read for younger children it wasn't very hard to read and I loved it, it made me laugh quiet a few times. I wish I still had the books because I would re-read them and give a better review :(
It reads like a Saturday morning cartoon. It's a cute story with a nice middle-school message, and I would completely approve of adding it to my classroom bookshelf if it didn't have the appendix listing the 101 ways to bug your teacher!
ive learned that when you bug your teachers and your a great student they will find a way to stop you even when your doing it because your parents are trying to send you to college after middle school and your scared
I read this book with a student that I tutor, and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. The characters were great, and it was really funny. I didn't realize when we started the story that it was a sequel, but it stood alone just fine.
This book was really long. I liked it because it was a school story and I like that genre of book. A funny part was when Steve kept being bad. I liked it also because the book had lots of detail within the characters and the school. I think all 8+ year olds should read it!
Loved. Fierce. Loved Goldie in this one! The big bomb was hilarious! I thought it was interesting how the epilogue covers things that the next book doesn't or actually relates to the reader. Definitely have to reread soon.
I did not like the book because it was hard to keep up with what was going on throughout the book. I also would reccomend this to many of my classmates. I will try to read the rest of the series and try to like them i hope i will to. I am also want to read 101 ways to bug your teacher to.
