This book was very good because it connected very well with the last book. The kids need to save a genie the was trying to save another genie! Galen also ran away!
I loved the riddles in this book!! and the way the dreams tied out! I didn’t think this would be one of the better books of the series considering they were going to a desert… not many books that involve a setting like that have much going on. But this was a decent entry!
Dumpella was such a fun addition! And julie’s little heart to heart with her. Aww
- Wizard for 6 months-ish - Bottle from Prince has a city inside. Also trapped in Hoja (genie from a previous book) - Max laughs when galen mentions a FEMALE love. Is galen gay? - Ruler of Ut looks a lot like Neal. Puts them under arrest (??) - Hoja lost his hat so can’t fly out - Neal drops a pickle and finds the gang - Neal pretends to be the duke to get the guards away. He pushed it too far… real duke shows up - Sparr is coming to talk to the duke. Julie and neal pretend to be them to learn his plans - The red eye is in ut?? - Galen appears much older. He is following a genie - The red eye dug down. All the way through the world. Exactly half way from the prison is ut! - The earthquakes is the red eye getting closer - Ut goes back in the bottle. With sparr?? - Galen left with the old genie. Was she his love?

Eric, Julie, and Neal head back to Droon to help Keeah, Max, and Galen find out what Sparr is plotting in a secret city that emerges from a bottle once every hundred years. Another great adventure in this series.
This series still just sort of grows on you, I read this book and am already searching for the next book. a good series that my son read from start to finish. This was a Good Read.
I've decided to read The Secrets of Droon series entirely for Christmas since i've been feeling a bit nostalgic. I want to be able to live a bit of the magic of being a kid and what beeter to help than this incredible series. I know that this series is for young kids but i feel it will still be great after all these years. A great adventure with some new characters some of which don't look so new. And genies which are a favorite of mine in this series. The new setting was also great. It had great action, fun and mystery.
