In this one, Violet meets her future stepchildren ... and they don't much care for her. Honestly, I've always loved Lulu. She just appeals to me, mostly because she was normal before the Travillas/Dinsmores infected her with their amazing perfectionism. ;) Just kidding ... but she was someone I could empathize with in the original series.

I have really been enjoying this series about Violet. This book was a good read and I enjoyed reading about Professor Raymond’s children and their thoughts. I’m excited for the next book

Violet has never been my favorite of these books, partly because of the Raymond children. I just never loved that storyline or how it jumps from Violet to Lulu and back again in the chapters. Lulu also kind of annoys me. Which is hard to say but true.

Anyway, the mission is going well, they’ve found a new place for Miss Moran, and life has changed for the Raymonds. The only question is if Violet will get her dream come true.
