This is a really wonderful book for anyone using a bread machine and wanting to try out new recipes.
At the moment my bread machine is hidden away because the aroma from the freshly baked bread each morning was too enticing.
I thought about fresh bread from the moment I opened my eyes and I could smell the aroma from the recipes from this book.
That is why I listed this book as thought provoking because bread was all I could think of spread with best butter.
All is not lost however because when I lose a few pounds then I will limit myself to a slice and not a complete loaf.
These recipes are mouthwatering you have been warned. Recommended.

Frankly I was disappointed at this book, supposedly respected by serious home bakers. Many of the recipes were identical to those that accompanied the machine. Others were esoteric but not very practical for serving family or guests. Couldn't find this in local library so I bought it foolishly in anticipation of the bread machine's arrival. I'd suggest amateur bread makers use the Internet to find recipes, which I will now do.
