The north has been silent since my pack mauled over a hundred of Theo Finch’s betas.
Too quiet.
But I’ve waited long enough. It’s time to hunt down my parents’ killer and slaughter that alpha once and for all.
Unfortunately, he seems to be one step ahead of us, and closing in on him in the middle of his enormous territory will take more planning and money than I’ve ever invested in a mission before.
Then again, now that I’m rich and only getting richer, I may as well destroy my enemies in style.
I had a feeling from the first installment of The Alpha that this would a really good, and really popular series. I really like that the series focuses on were folk - not a magic user to be found. Mainly, though, is this author’s proven ability to string words together is a MOST pleasing manner. This series is as good as Without Law, and I’m in for both a penny and a pound - the story is just that good.
Another couldn’t put down volume if The Alpha! As usual it brought the action in more ways then one and it made me smile and cheer on our protagonist. I can’t wait to see more omegas, hopefully we’ll meet the selkie soon or a fox or even a rabbit/bunny omega join the family. Can’t wait to see what the next volume has in store for our favorite Alpha and his ever growing pack!
My only complaint is that it wasn’t long enough. The buildup wasn’t too drawn out that I wanted it to end. Only thing I wished there was more of, was a bit of banter with Theo but I’m looking forward to the next book and what secrets with the fbi they uncover. A solid seventh book and I hope there’s lots more!!
I love this series! And Book 7 is the best one so far!
Going up against an old nemesis of his family, a scheming and dangerous Omega spy and dealing with mystery and intrigued with the SDD it's one rollercoaster of a read.
And seeing the relationships develop and grow deeper and new kinds of shifters I'm excited to see what comes next!
Ok the story line is par, but logic holes. To spy on another alpha just use a different type of shifter! Only "The Alpha" can sense them all or at least care. I did like including the orcas. Did his strength level just jump because he seemed on the same level as a strong beta. Fighting finch he seemed outclassed without help.
Jessie is adjusting to his new wealth as he uses it in planning his campaign against the Northern Alpha. Opportunity arises in music performance, but can he leave his pack with the evil Alpha prowling around? I the action, humor, and lust/love. I look forward to the next book.
Let me start off by saying that this book like all the others are excellent stories and the characters are real and energetic and wonderful my problem is that not only it is some of the editing bad but you have American kids talking using British slang and it just sounds so wrong and half the time I have to keep reminding myself there Americans
The scepter of Theo is finally removed from Jesse life. The pack can proceed with their life’s without constantly looking over their shoulders. Next mile stone.
What an impact ful chapter of this incredible story! This world of shifters that runs parallel to the mundane is fascinating and every character paints it with amazing detail! I eagerly await the next one!
Jesse, his girls and pack take on the dark wolf from his past. Action adventure and a great deal of spice ensued. Fast paced and fun book with well crafted characters. You should read this book!
Was a cool story. Jesse finally sets his sights on taking out his most sworn enemy. He finishes his school year, and starts thinking about summer fun with his omega's. Can't wait for book 8.
Great continuation and fight sequences. Wonderful description of Vancouver Island and the ocean lanes getting there. Greatly enjoyed the interaction with the orcas
Jesse and his pack plan to go after the one who killed his parents. Another great addition to the series! Looking forward to seeing the next omega though!
