I really enjoyed this cookbook. It had some great recipe ideas using Greek yogurt that were simple to follow. It even gives nutritional information for each recipe.

I have been using greek yogurt as a higher protein/lower fat replacement in baked goods and in dips for years. It's great to see my experimentation was on track. I will be trying some of these soon.
