The wolf in this board book is very, very hungry, and he gobbles up everything---a bird, a squirrel, a frog, a rabbit, a hedgehog---everything he sees. But, oh dear, that hedgehog!

Kids love this little story, with fold-out pages, full of fun, and want to read it over and over.

Sterk flapjesboek met veel kleur. Ik dacht bij de eerste leesbeurt dat dit boek te eng zou zijn voor onze peuter aangezien het gaat over een wolf die alle andere dieren opeet, maar ze is er zot op. Ze vraagt zelfs zelf om hem te lezen bij bedtijd. En vooral de laatste pagina geeft veel input om dingen aan te wijzen en te benoemen. Toch een aanrader dus.

Cute dye cuts. I think many families will enjoy reading it, but I'm a bit tired of vegetarian predators in kids' books. That wolf is going to die of malnutrition.
