A book of short stories is bound to be a mixture, but I skipped more of these than I feel I usually do, either the writing style or the contents put me off after a couple of pages, and some I did finish, I wondered why I bothered. Most of the stories were horror, seems the compilers thought the supernatural couldn't be benign.

Some of the stories were very good; others were not to my taste at all. Not one I’ll keep.

The Stories in this book varied between a 1 star and 5 stars. Overall though I enjoyed the read more than expected.
