If you have ever felt affected by the emotions of those around you, or overwhelmed by your sensitivities to feelings and emotions in general, you are not alone. Individuals with these emotional sensitivities are known as an HSP (Highly Sensitive People/Person), which is not to be confused with an Empath. Although the term HSP and Empath are often linked together, they are actually not the same thing. So, what is the difference between an HSP and an Empath? There were some good points in here but, overall, most things seemed to be repeated and could have been expressed in a few pages or less. The writing style was elementary and there was not much research done, by the looks of the references.

I do have a bias here, though. I do not generally dabble in the spiritual realm and don't believe that crystals have healing properties. That being said, there are a lot of good points in here. If someone has a difficult time understanding how to protect their energy or how to begin establishing boundaries and why it may be a good thing to do so, these are decent resources.

This was very help. I get to know not just myself more but also about others and the environment around you. If you feel as though you are an empath and do not know how to control it, this book will help you, also if you feel that you are an outsider then I would also say pick this book up. I also recommend parents to read this book as well because your child might be one and you both do not know.

This is a great book that will help you with your health and wellbeing.

As an empath I found this book highly informative and unique in how to deal with pushy or abusive people. It also showed me how I absorbed other people's emotions. It really made me reflect on how I had been dealing with issues and gave me a new way to handle them. It worked! I'll be keeping this one handy for a reread when I am stressed to see how I can overcome those blocks.

This was very informative and as an empath and intuitive who reads tarot and is into the occult, this book really helps to map out a lot of places and emotional spaces where there are seemingly no road map for in life. Strongly recommended for sensitive people, empaths and those who are sensitive but struggle with boundaries.

The book was dull, maybe because I realized I am not an empath. LOL.
