I miss the authors old social media content so much. I never knew her pouring her morning drink into a gold-dripped mug would be something I could miss. Or the stuffing of the donuts, or the older INSIGHT cake frosting/decorating posts...her content was soothing to me.

Excited to finally have read her book and get some of the recipes I've been drooling over forever. I'm obsessed with the way she makes curd! There's a lot to be learned from her techniques in the kitchen and the flavors are on point and inspiring.

A Truly Gorgeous Delightful Book

It started with the cover. What a beautiful cover. That cake is gorgeous. The recipes all have back stories and plenty of tips. I really appreciated that she had the conversations from the metric
system to help us metricly challenged Americans. This book also had pictures of the recipes and they were gorgeous! This is a must have book!
