What? No recipe for Scooby Snacks? A lot of food coloring here and prepackaged rather than from scratch foods, but some fun ideas.

Tons of recipes to have a great Scooby themed party. Wish that there were more healthy options as most of the recipes rely on heavily processed foods.

There is a huge mixed of themed cookbooks- some are really annoying copy and pasted recipes that seem like they were meant for something else entirely (like the Squishmallow cookbook) or, the book is so well themed that the recipes were clearly designed with the characters in mind…

I’m happy to say, this one is the second!

I was pleasantly surprised with just how well themed the book was. Now, I’ll admit to not personally being a fan of Scooby-Doo, but I do know a lot about the characters and settings, because my siblings like it. I could really see the vision for all the recipes, AND not a single recipe was lacking a photo!! (unlike SOME cookbooks…)
I also think they did a great job making the recipes kid-friendly. Other then a few that use the oven or slow cooker, many of these don’t require adult help at all- and many use store bought items to put together into something bigger- like for one recipe, you use store bought chips and add your own flavoring to them! Rather than finding it lazy that everything isn’t made from scratch, I think it’s clever of them. This way kids still feel fulfilled, and the adults don’t have to overwork themselves just so their child can cook. A great mix!!

Overall, I think this was a great cookbook, with easy to find ingredients you could get at your grocery store. Very happy with it, and I would recommend!!

(This book contains illustrations of cartoon monsters, but if your child is old enough to enjoy Scooby-Doo, it shouldn’t bother them. I would give this book an age rating of all-ages!)

This is an adorable cookbook. There are about 25 recipes. We got this cookbook a little over a week ago and have made about seven recipes so far. We have plans to make a few more this weekend. So far each recipe has been delicious. I don't think we've had one yet that we didn't like. The recipes are very kid-friendly. The ones we've made have pretty much been more assembly or mixing type stuff, nothing too difficult.

This cookbook, for the younger crowd, does exactly what it sets out to do. It creates simple and fun recipes from ingredients you likely have anyway. My favourites are the lemonade and the Misty drink.

This is one of those "branded" cookbooks that could be about any character if you just swap out the names and good dye colors. Nothing interesting or thought out and is unlikely to introduce children to any new foods, cooking, etc.

Cute little scooby doo themed cookbook with foods that would make kids (even the big ones) happy. Lots of fun pictures and things to keep a kid interested.

hardly anything in it

Smallest “cookbook” ever. Maybe 20 recipes in it, mostly junk food, desserts, drinks, and snacks. And I can’t even get my money back for it
