Lady Angelica Landerbelt could not believe how Lord Cavenshaw's Sister, Olivia had been accused of jewelry theft and despite her claims of innocence and was begging to be shunned by society. After her own resent run in with being accused of a crime and not being believed that she was innocent, and finally with her brother's help she was able to prove her innocence, she felt that she must do something to help and hoped that Olivia was innocent. She was in London to chaperon her niece for her first season and to hopefully meet someone to marry. When she told her niece about Lord Cavenshaw's visit and his sister's problem her niece Catherine was eager to meet and maybe help her aunt prove her innocence. When Catherine met Lord Cavenshaw, she felt an immediate attraction toward him and her aunt could see the spark of attraction that occurred when they met and she encouraged them to take a walk while she spoke to Olivia in private...

An enjoyable tale of wrongs made right in Regency England

This was a very enjoyable story of a sweet young lady, Olivia, who has been wrongly accused of stealing some jewels. The book is about her plight and her brother's support in helping to make this right, which turned into a very enjoyable love tale with mystery and intrigue figured within. Great characters with a well developed story by the author. This was a very clean romance that I would recommend.

I loved this book. Romance and intrigue together. After being proved innocent in the murder of her late husband Lady Angelica has returned to society to chaperone her niece Catherine. She is approached by Lord Caversham for help to clear the name of his sister Olivia who has been accused of theft and shunned all. The only thing that would have improved this book for me would have been Lady Angelica finding love. As this is a series this is just me having no patience.

I am slightly confused as to whether his is the first or second book in the series - It’s listed as the first but comes second in he boxset. Either way, it was another enjoyable read. A very unique situation and one that I was most caught up in and enthralled.

Loved the book. The entire story was very interesting, but I love stories about strong women. These women were strong way before women's rights. Enjoyed the plot; very original and exciting at some points. If you like historical romance you will love Lords, Love and Stolen Jewels.

Cute story, a bit frenetic and predictable at the end

Good character development and a lively sense of Regency life is quickly brought to completion in this 118 page story.

Enjoy a little mystery with your romance. Or is it a little romance with your mystery? I find Lady Angelica rather fun since she doesn't necessarily follow the norms of society.

Unjustly accused

Olivia is unjustly accused of theft by two well known men of the ton. Her brother Lord Caversham elicits the asssistance of Lady Landerbelt in proving Olivia's innocence. Lady Landerbelt was also jnjustly accused of her husband's murder and was able to prover her own innocence. Can she and her niece Catherine discover who is behind the plot to ruin Olivia and catch the thief? A mystery with a little romance you'll enjoy reading as did I.
