When the world falls apart, when civilization collapses, when life as we know it ends, our greatest terrors becomes real. Perhaps it's nuclear war with its poisonous radiation, hideous plagues or chemical contamination, rogue artificial intelligences controlling killer robots, or zombies that turn our friends and neighbors into inhuman monsters. What can the common man or woman do in the face of apocalyptic fears?
The Apocalyptic Fears Series gives you collections of bestselling, award-winning or just plain exciting stories by some of the best independent authors of today.

What this was, was mostly painful... until the last bit, since the publisher decided to include his own NOVEL in the pack. And that novel was almost the single competently written bit of prose in the entire anthology, which served us a lot of tired old stuff mostly, or tired dumb stuff, or dumb and old stuff (including a story whose author apparently learned all she knows about the military from porno movies). So, "Reaper's Run" elevates this catastrophe to, say, 1.6 stars. Glad to be done with it...
An amazing group of apocalyptic and dystopian authors have come together to write this outstanding short story collection in the apocalyptic and Dystopian genre. I loved it!
If you enjoy a fine sampling of apocalyptic, dystopian and/or thrilling tales of tension and terror - grab this! The authors are a great mix. The stories vary from unnerving to heart-pounding. I enjoyed all of them and it was nice to be able to read a shorter story during a break and come back to the longer ones right before bed for max thrills.
All pretty good..different authors ,..almost all stories were Apocalyptic in telling...All a little different..really enjoyed this book..would recommend to eneryone
