Yoshiki Nakamura (仲村佳樹) is a Japanese mangaka. She was born June 17. Nakamura made her manga debut with "Yume de Auyori Suteki" in the manga magazine Hana to Yume in 1993.

This had a lot of interesting insights into some characters’ backstories. I’m curious to see how her next assignment goes.

This has to be the most genuinely caring side of Sho we have ever seen. He almost seems...decent. Almost. Meanwhile, even though he helps her, Ren continues to deceive her. I wish he'd tell her the truth.
This one strongly focuses on Kyoko's mother. In fact, for a third of this, it is all shown through her mother's eyes what her past was like. Her story does not give her the right to treat Kyoko the ways she has though. I still do not like her one bit!!! In fact I like her less than when she was just a mystery woman who allowed others to raise her daughter and obviously despised her. When I first saw flashbacks to Kyoko's childhood, I thought maybe she misunderstood or exaggerated being just a child, but no. Her mother was just that nasty to her!

Warnings for child abuse and abandonment

•Kyoko gets to spend some time with the other Love Me members so that's nice

•Ah yes, the Saena arc... I do feel bad for her, but it does not exuse how she treated Kyoko. I know it's a bad sign when I don't get annoyed when Sho shows up because of Saena's antic's

•Ren has some really funny expressions here (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

•One more 3-in-1 volume to go through and I'm excited for the drama

I'm eager for Kyoko's interactions with Ren, but this volume is a welcomed reminder of how good the story is even when he's not her central focus. Her growth and self realizations are increasingly satisfying and the artistry makes easy work of showing Kyoko's growing confidence and maturity. I cannot overstate how much I adore this series. It's well written, well drawn, well paced, and true to the power of honest internal reflection and self actualization.

In this set we get to learn more about the backstory with Kyoko's mother, which I really enjoyed. I am glad to have gotten a break from all the Kyoko-Ren-Sho drama. It really stresses me out. (I have a love-hate relationship. The suspense is killing me. I just need Sho to go away and them to end up together. I loathe the anxiety I feel whenever Sho pops up to ruin things. I don't want any more misunderstandings).

I skipped Vol 12. since it still hasn't been restocked anywhere, so I had no idea what the whole south korea business was about haha. Anyways, I could still keep up with the majority of the plot and I'm super excited to see the new acting job!!
At first I was pissed that Kyoko forgave her mom, since she completely ruined her childhood, but I guess forgiving and letting go of old grudges is healthier in the long run.

I was quick to not forgive Kyoko’s mom but now knowing her back story I understand why Kyoko’s mom acted the way she did. I don’t forgive her for it, but I understand. But still, poor Kyoko. I wonder if she’ll ever find out who her dad is. Also that scene where she cries in Ren’s arms is the best! I just wish she told Ren about the meeting with her mom so that Ren wasn’t worried.

So much happened. Also wow I kinda understand where Saena was coming from...but also not. Even Todou... everyone disliking the innocent party who had nothing to do with the situation. I can appreciate Saena's boss a bit for trying to help both Saena and get Kyoko away from her mother to a more stable environment.

⭐5, it was amazing

This was really good! We get a lot more information about Kyoko's mom and I could see a bit of transformation in the relationship between Kyoko and Sho.

I was actually really tense while reading certain parts and while it was a bit dark at moments I did not see certain events happening.
