It also will help readers make better choices for foods, specifically what food can help cure common ailments and what foods can make a person feel bad. The book compares good versus bad fats, which food ingredients and additives to avoid, and gives an introduction to several herbs. Overall the information contained in the book should help improve your health, control your weight, and increase energy. Validity: Joan Price of Amazon.com gives the book an overall positive review citing up to date and accurate information besides the height/weight charts which Prices states are irrelevant. Format: This resource is a print media. The book is written with two columns and has numerous bulleted lists throughout the book. There are also smaller sections based on the type of information that are labeled with larger, bold text. Arrangement & Presentation: The table of contents is very user friendly and includes titles with issues associated with the title in alphabetical order.
