Together, the Halliwell sisters have access to the greatest source of pure magic the world has known: the Power of Three. But now that their eldest sister Prue has been resurrected, a strange magic threatens to tear them apart. As Prue prepares to resurrect a powerful demon for answers, the remaining Halliwells look to their past to find out if they're asking the right question.

Honestly, it feels more and more like a chore to get through this season. I don’t enjoy the storyline, I don’t enjoy the illustrations. Sadly, I just read to finish and be done with it. One more volume to go.
So let's start with saying the one thing that won't change: I like this, cause it's Charmed.
Now, let's move on to specifics. I like the plotline less now that I've dove more into it. The events are relatable: marital problems, people dying, people coming back to life, souls possessing people - just another Charmed episode.
But what I don't like is that none of these characters feel like them anymore. I simply don't like Prue and feel she was brought back simply to appease her fans - which I'm pretty sure is the case - but they could've at least made it more... just more. She's here to be here and giving her all that sudden power isn't so cool with me, as well.
As for the new twists in events, I don't like many of them either - no spoilers about this volume, don't worry - because they just don't seem in tune with how the old storyline used to run. Alien and new powers that never would've existed, and that kind of clash with the original storyline - or at least they do in my opinion.
I'm going to keep on reading because this is the closest I'll ever get to a reunion of my favorite characters. But so far, now, it's the only reason I'm reading on...
Ok, so this is still Charmed and I'm liking that, and there are some things I really enjoyed in this album, but there were more things I didn't like.
While Season 9 had the feel of the original Charmed, this one has the feel of those periods and episodes I didn't like, which is not a good thing.
This whole album was a storyline that don't have much to do with the arc introduced in the previous album, which is sad. I'd wish we at least got one issue where it's mentioned, but no.
I also had some major trouble with the art style. The girls are easy enough to differ between — if only for the hair between Pheobe and Paige — but I have no chance of seeing the difference between the men, which is really annoying.
Also, I'm not a fan of Prue. Never was, never will be, so the whole plot in this album bored me, tbh.
I didnt think this was as good as previous graphic novels, and I re-read them all int he run up to reading this one. I'm largely confused about what's going on in this one. Although I still can't wait to get and read the next
While not as good as Volume 1, it is still good. The highlight of the 6 issues being 11 which brings back Barbus. Volume 2 focuses more on the characters and their personal life as apposed to their magical life. Art is beautiful as always!
The Halliwell sisters each faces her own problem: Prue wants her old life back, Paige wonders if she's a good mother, Piper wants more sister times and Pheobe tries to bring Cole back. The Archai storyline is mighty annoying, but glad to see Barbas is back.
I loved this entry in the series. Charmed is my all time favorite show and I'm so happy to have it continued in the comics. I love pretty much everything about it. I love the characters they brought back, the barely touched upon storylines in the show that they do great things with and how the relationships are growing. If you're a fan of the tv show, then you must read all the comics because they are amazing!
So not as great as the start of season 9, but still better than season 8 of the series or the quality of the original books. Regardless, I will always love Charmed though so rereading these is fantastic.
This volume had my emotions flopping all over the place!! Each volume is just getting better and better. I would definitely recommend this to everyone a fan of the show! It will make you laugh and cry and all that good stuff! I can't wait to read what is next for the Charmed Ones!
