have only tried one recipe so far, but it was delicious, as always there are loads more for me to try asap.

Remember him as a very young newcomer on Ready, Steady, Cook. He has accomplished so much and his tips, ideas and recipes really are excellent. Italian will always be my first choice cuisine. Good book....fabulous recipes.
