***

A pregnant wife struggles to remain true to her marriage after her husband's mysterious disappearance. But as she must bear their child and go on without him, she wonders how long she can wait.

Caleb is gone. Somehow he disappeared from the new business complex in Brazil, leaving no trace. With all the millions at his family's command, neither company security, the police or private detectives can find him. Was he kidnapped or murdered … or did he walk away of his own free will?

Emma nearly goes mad with grief, only the necessity to keep her baby safe and well helping her hang on. Her sleep is plagued with erotic dreams and nightmares, all starring Caleb. Her days are spent wondering and waiting for any scrap of news. Adding to her pain, the Brazilian police probe for illicit secrets that may have drawn Caleb away. Only his siblings and her best friend help her hang on.

But when Emma must bear Caleb's daughter without him at her side, she realizes Caleb may never come home. Can she make a life for herself and her daughter with his family, even with the huge hole in their midst? And what happens when his younger brother Colin ignites conflict that she alone can resolve?

Caleb's missing and at one point everyone seems to have lost all hope in finding him. Especially Emma. How does one hold onto hope though when all signs lead you to letting go. Emma showed some strength in this episode and, in the end, her love for Caleb remained true. She realized that he was the love of her life and she deserved nothing less than the love that they shared. The ending was a shocker (not really) and a fantastic segue into the concluding episode, Tell Me a Truth.

Emma King now has everything that she has ever wanted.

Almost.

Now married to the man of her dreams, and heavily pregnant with the couple's first child. Emma should be over the moon.
But with her real estate tycoon husband missing in Brazil, and disturbing erotic dreams plaguing her sleeping hours.
Contentment is clearly not an option for Emma.

This 4th installment of Tamara Lush's Story series offers readers quite the dramatic twist to the 'you, me, and baby makes three' plot that book three seemed to promise.

With Emma's husband Caleb missing in Brazil, and baby due any day. The last thing one would expect from a distraught Emma, would be sex dreams featuring her brother-in-law Colin. But that is exactly what poor Emma is experiencing.

Making things worse for our already beleaguered leading lady. The fact that with Caleb still missing after baby Charlotte's birth. A much more corporeal Colin is front and center in Emma's world during her waking hours as well.

This is the portion of the series where the sensual starts to give way to the dramatically emotional. As readers experience Emma's loss, joy, confusion, hurt, love and uncertainty about all of said emotions at the same time.

Standing in the middle of this emotional fire storm. The darkly handsome and enigmatic, Colin.
Because there has always been an unaddressed tension between Colin and Caleb; one has never been really quite sure what to make of the younger Mr. King. But his care and attentiveness to both Emma and his newborn niece, goes a long way in rectifying that.

Complicating things to an almost insane degree is the simmering attraction between Emma and the afore mentioned Colin.
Strangely enough one can't help hoping that even though the the passion fruit that Colin has on offer is expressly forbidden. Emma will at least have one taste.

But then that leads one to question...

Will that one taste be enough?

This, as with all portions of the Story series, as an extremely well written and fully expressed piece of Erotic Fiction. A story which is in both breath and scope, fully suited to the abbreviated novella format in which it is presented.

It is strongly suggested that those reading this series do so in the order in which they appear. The reason for this being that there is a dramatic build which occurs within the course of the story that depends on reading synchronicity.

Tell Me a Secret is book #4 in “The Story” series and was a great 4 star read.

Emma is 8 months pregnant and dealing with the fact that her husband Caleb is missing and may never come home. She has been having some steamy dreams about her husband and brother-in-law Colin, and I mean steamy. Emma tries to stay positive about Caleb’s return by keeping a journal of her pregnancy and all her experiences. Where is he and why hasn’t he come home yet?

There is also an attraction building between Colin and Emma. Will she be able to resist the man that reminds her so much of her husband?

This was a great read and I look forward to the next book in the series. This book ends in quite the cliffhanger. Emma had a really great support system from Caleb's family, they added a great element to the story. Tamara Lush really pulls you in with her writing. 1-Click and get started on this great series now.

I said it at the beginning of this serial and it still holds very true ... Tamara Lush is a master with prose. I am still, four episodes later, in awe on how intriguing and captivating and fresh this story is.

This is definitely a very frustrating episode. So be prepared. You really end up with way more questions that answers. But it is very well unfolded. The suspense is intriguing and real. The depth of despair that Emma is going thru is palpable and felt thru every page .... but there are secrets and hidden agendas and a shit ton of wait, what?! moments..

So I very patiently, not really lol, wait for the next episode and hopefully the conclusion of this very intense story line!

Emma has gone through so much and now as the search goes on for her husband she finds it is all she can do to raise her daughter and struggle with the feelings she is starting to have for her brother in law. I have loved seeing how she has grown throughout the books as a person to the strong woman she is becoming I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. The author has a way of making the words, the good and the bad, flow together with characters you want to care about. 5 stars of stars love this series.

After the mysterious disappearance of her husband, Emma has been struggling to move on. Her priorities have changed and taking care of her daughter has been keeping her busy. Needless to say, she still hopes to find Caleb one day, whether dead or alive. But the search for him has been long and she is starting to wonder how long she can wait for Caleb. No one knows what happened to him, but the search is still on. Meanwhile, Emma has to face with the fact that her husband may never come back, and staying at home is not helping her cause or the baby. Then just when she is starting to go out more, her sudden interest for Caleb's brother threatens to destroy the relationship that she had with her husband. Suddenly she starts to question herself, but when she least expects it she gets the news that Caleb has been found...

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, Lush had me at the end of my seat wondering when Caleb was going to be back. There is definitely a lot of tension among the characters in this book, Emma doesn't know if it's time to stop looking for her husband or if he is going to be alive. Her daughter is her new life, and purpose. But as her relationship with her brother-in-law starts to shift, she doesn't know if she actually wants him. In some scenes in the book, I was not really impressed with Emma's actions, yet they were understandable due to her current state. Needless to say, I would highly recommend reading this series, it is a total page-turner and suspenseful. :)

Caleb is still missing and Emma is learning how to cope without her husband and be a mother to Charlotte, their daughter who is now eight months old. Caleb has been missing for nine months and Emma is losing her mind as she knows he must be out there somewhere but where ? Did he leave her because he didn't want to be a father or husband ? Has he just vanished and built himself a new life or is he injured or worst dead ? As the days and months go by Emma writes in her journal . During this time , Emma is encouraged to go to the Miami Book Fair and heads over with Colin. The pair kiss and have a tangle but Emma's heart still aches for Caleb. Can she betray her love and start a new relationship with his brother ? Meanwhile Sarah has put on hold her library job and holding the bookshop's fort down and her and Laura's plans to have a baby are on hold. Tell me a Secret was probably one of the sadder reads as Emma is coping with Caleb's loss and being a single mother. The book ends on a cliffhanger though as Emma and the family recieve news that Caleb has been found. Where has he been all this time ?
I have to admit I had been a bit scared to read this Episode #4 and the last one #5 and had them sitting on my Kindle for a couple of weeks , but I faced my fears and read them and of course I am glad I did.

Let me start by saying, the opening pages of this book are hot...like threesome with a twist hot.

I am not sure how much I should give away. This is the fourth book in the series and none of these are standalones. The entire story is interconnected. I hate spoiling, so if you really don't want any spoilers, read books 1-3 first.

So, with that being said, I will review without giving away any spoilers, or at least any more than the blurb gives away.

There is a pregnancy, a mystery, a hot brother and some seriously erotic dreams. Sounds like a good time, right?
Emma is not dealing with her husband's disappearance. She gives birth to his child all the while hoping Caleb will be found. Meanwhile, Emma is having erotic dreams about her super hot brother-in-law. Emma has secrets, big secrets. Heck, everyone has secrets in this series!

I went back and read the first three books in the series before starting this and I am glad I did. The book does some recapping, but I think this is a fantastic series and to get the full effect you should read the entire thing.

I just finished Tell Me A Secret. Wow, a lot has happened and a sudden twist has emerged. In Tell Me A Lie, we are left with a missing person and a mystery. Caleb has gone missing and Emma’s storybook romance is left in shatters along with a pregnancy alone. Why her friends and family are slowing dealing with the reality of Caleb possible gone forever, Emma is determined to remain positive and prepared for the day when he finds his way back to her. However, it’s been months and no word.

Why is she having erotic dreams of Colin, her brother-in-law? Could he have something to do with Caleb’s disappearance? Has he always had an attraction to his brother’s wife and wanted him out of the picture?

Tell Me A Secret is really the episode to prepare for the finale. While it didn’t explain any secrets about Caleb, we are really left wondering where the author is trying to take the story. Because I am so invested in this hot but yet sweet romance, it really didn't take very long to devour the fourth (4th) episode this am. It's a very quick sexy read however with no explainations. Hopefully, we have some answers when Tell Me A Truth is released.

I’ve been following the Tell Me a Story series from the beginning and I was anxious to read Tell Me a Secret. As each book passes, I get more involved in the story and I find myself connecting more with Emma. With Caleb gone, I was worried that Lush wasn’t going to be able to work in the hot scenes that she had in the last three books but I was wrong. There was still hot stuff going on in this book. And it definitely took a surprising turn, I wasn’t expecting that. It definitely caught me off guard. I really enjoyed this one and I can’t wait until Tell Me a Truth releases.

What do you do when you are a passionate, able body, sexually active woman (even a little kinky) and all of a sudden the person who satisfies all of this and more vanishes without a trace. Emma is doing all she can to hold on to her sanity and keep her loss and loneliness to herself doing the best she can with her daughter. Life is going on around her and even her body is betraying her. The story continues becoming less and less light while the darkness and anger settles in. How much longer before she can consider moving on?

I love how this story progresses. It has gone thru the stages of this relationship to now the loss of him and how it has impacted those around him. Well done and most definitely not your everyday romance. And after the way this ended I have to get the next one because I am hooked.

OMG this series is AMAZING! Part 4 was no perfect, even with my heart in shambles. There was this one part where the person got to a point where this thing was going to happen and the whole time I felt my heart being ripped out. I just wanted to grab the author by her arms and tell her why oh why oh why do this to this person. I just want to hold the main person and tell them everything will be okay, we'll get through this. Then there was this other part where this person was talking to another person and I wanted to tell her your doing the right thing, It will be okay! So anyways, I really love this series and can't wait to get to book 5.

I. Can't. Even... It probably took me twice as long to read this episode than it should. I kept pausing, torn between wanting to know what's next, but afraid to read the words. Tamara Lush, mission accomplished, book hangover when I read part 5.
I was given an arc in exchange for a honest review. In Tell Me a Secret we grieve along with Emma as she deals with uncertainty, loneliness and motherhood. The struggle pops up from the page (screen).

I want to scream!!! This was hot... okay not like the rest of the series but damn! When your brother-in-law kind of looks like your husband, in this case, missing husband, you are definitely going to develop some not so clear pure thought when you look at him. After Caleb's disappearance, life goes on, obviously, Emma gives birth, is still depressed and starts to harbor some attraction towards the Colin. I love the change in the winds.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Tamara has thoroughly impressed me. It took me less than an hour to read this book, because there was NO way I could put it down or stop. I NEEDED to know what was going on; what was happening. Now, there were a "few" things that threw me for a loop, but I'm ready for the final book.

Tell Me A Secret....

Ok. I read this part with water running down my face and blurring my vision. Crying, no not me but definitely two water trails going down me face.

Secrets are overrated some times. Tell me the lie, I promise I'll believe it. Oh the rollercoaster of hurt, sadness, and longing.

I can't wait to get the next one...

Compelling!

OMG! I'm so glad I didn't give up on this author after reading book 2 because I would have missed this compelling and important progression of Emma's life and the continuation of her maturation as a strong woman in her own right. I'm dying to read what promises to be a cataclysmic ending to this very entertaining series.

Great series to read. Sometimes I find it annoying that authors write a book, cut it up and sell if off in pieces so you end up paying more. This was worth it. The last book was the most fun.

This series began as something sweet and sexy. I didn't realize at the time that there would be five books so I really couldn't anticipate what could possibly be coming. This has developeded into something more... something suspenseful and painful and yet beautiful. I am so attached to these characters, I want more and the series isn't even over! I mean, Colin gets a 5 book little series, too, right?! Right?!
But seriously, that cliffy- I mean, of course I knew that would be the cliffy, and that is perfectly fine.... But I can't think of anything else! My mind has been taken over with thoughts of Caleb, what could have possibly happened? I can think of a few possibilities, but none really make the right amount of sense. I am DYING for the final book. DYING, I SAY!
