it was the way too good for a free DW comic book but when it is about DW, I am the one always looking for tasty gourmet stories about time and space. But it was so deluted because it is imposibble to make four stories in 23 pages taste like more.

I thought this was better than the other Doctor Who Comic book I've read. It captured the Doctors' characters brilliantly and there were some witty one-liners.
The Twelfth Doctor story gets 5 stars from me because of Osgood who was awesome.
The story with Eleven was confusing but in a good way. I'm still thinking about it now. .
Unfortunately, the Tenth Doctor's comic was the worst of the bunch for me. It's worth about 3 stars because it was a little bit boring and the 'companions' were indistinguishably similar.
And as for the one with Nine, Rose and Jack - it was great. Seriously, don't skip Nine!

I was going to give this only four stars because I felt the comic got less wacky and more serious. But then I realized that Captain Jack's in the last story!! Love him, and for his being in this, I gave it an extra point.

But, yeah, these stories wound up being different from each other in tone. That's not a bad thing for Doctor Who; it's kind of to be expected. But I just tend to like the weird and wacky Doctor Who stuff the best when I'm feeling down.

To me, the first and third stories were the weirdest and/or wackiest.

Twelve Meh. I didn't really get the story or Twelve as a Doctor.
Eleven I'm not even sure this was as story?? I left off at the end of this story and when I picked it up again, I'd forgotten I'd read it, so that's not a good sign.
Ten The concept of the TARDIS being alive is interesting, but I don't like how they keep introducing new companions for Ten (Gabby and Cindy). They're too similar and have no real characterization.
Nine By far the best. Reads kind of like an actual episode. I liked that Rose and Jack Harkness were the companions here, as them being two people I know and love helped me visualize what was going on and the tones they were using.

I prefer companions I know (which means those in the tv show), especially when it comes to 10, but the stories weren’t bad. Just a bit rushed and not thought through (like using the reality shifting helmet for something good).

I love Doctor Who so much!!
I loved to see the short stories for the four doctors. It's so different from the TV Show (the stories), but the essence is the same. I miss the TV Show now.

Free comics are great! It was interesting to familiarize myself with another Doctor Who media. I started to really miss all the Doctors when I read this, I could hear their voices in my head and see their grins right in front of me. However, a few pages per story is usually not enough to make it a strong one, and in these the best part was not the plots (that were sometimes inventive but the day was always saved far too easily) but the banter of the Doctors. Because I have never read DW comics before, more than half of the companions were completely new to me and the stories did nothing to make me interested in them, which lowers my rating.

Four Doctor Who stories:

The Twelfth Doctor: “Robo Rampage” (2 ⭐️)
The Eleventh Doctor: “Obsessions” (4 ⭐️)
The Tenth Doctor: “Lady of the Blue Box” (3 ⭐️)
The Ninth Doctor: “Hacked” (5 ⭐️)

Twelfth

Oof. The old school comic style is quite jarring.

Doctor Osgood, and her large problem: the giant robot.

Detail is meh. Illustration style goes for pseudo-impressionistic, but just comes off as lazy.

Lame humor; lame prose, period.

Bizarre mishmash of styles.

Eleventh

Alice Obiefune is the Doctor’s Companion.

Weirdo with the chainsaw in the TARDIS.

Illustration work is adequate.

Interesting. Appreciate the different approach.

Tenth

This doctor is definitely the cutest of the four. Great hair. 😊

Cindy is the Doctor’s Companion; Gabby shows her around.

Promising…but eventually devolves into the nonsensical.

Ninth

The large, shimmering ziggurat—randomly in the countryside.

Strongest illustration work, by a mile.

Captain Jack Harkness appears? Hell yeah.

The alien is a geo-hacker.

Actually a very cool story with formidable illustrations.

Comics Aren't Bad

I think when I was a kid the only comic I read we're The Archies. There were apparently adult themes that I was too young to know anything about.

It is now nearly 4 decades later and I begin to see the appeal of comics. The artwork does not feel "still, frozen". As the dialogue moves quickly so does the artwork flow in complement to the story.

I've been reading Dark Shadows comics but now I am branching out a bit. I have been reading a horror comic written by Stephen King's son, called Lock & Key. I want to get that whole series and then review it.

Okay, I fell off the beaten path of this review and need to get back to it.

I followed Doctor Who until the Doctor became a woman. I don't mind that he is now a she; I just don't like the new Doctor. She's no Tom Baker. Therefore, I am rather pleased to find these short stories of the Doctors I like.

Three stories for three Doctors. They are quick fears that remind me of fan fiction drabbles; short stories of 100 words. Like those, this was a comforting bite of a small indulgence.

I’ve read many other doctor who comics and this one wasn’t as good as the rest. It was good for 29 pages I guess, but it wasn’t too spectacular or anything. I found the ninth doctor’s story most entertaining, but the story for ten and eleven confused me. I guess it was good considering I got it for free and it was my first time reading a comic on iBooks.

It had 4 different stories in a short amount of time which kept my brain very interested. 26 pages isn't really bad if you want something short to read and you're bored to death.
Now I want to read more Doctor Who comics!

Fun reads

The Doctors adventures are always fun and entertaining to read about! I like meeting some of the newer companions that weren’t in the show.

Great

This is a great book to read because it is free and includes good content such as planet graffiti or a robotic monster. But it cold be more than just 24 pages .

:)

I didn't necessarily care for the last story, it was on the boring side a little. My favorite was the one about the "ghost".

Always love it

What's not to love with four Doctors? The more the merrier people! Wouldn't mind Captain Jack's face on the moon at all.

If you're not into Doctor Who before this free comic, you'll be ardently anti-Doctor Who by the time you've finished it. Mostly shallow and silly with the best story featuring Jack Harkness and Rose Tyler being mystifying to new readers.
