This book has some good suggestions for the beginner sushi maker, but is too simple for the more advanced person. This was my first sushi book, and it helped me start my love for this wonderfully versatile food.

A collection od recipes for making various forms of sushi at home. The ingredients lists are somewhat jumbled but the instructions are easy to follow.. There are colored photos of the finished products.

A good beginners guide to making Sushi. Covers Maki-Sushi, Nigiri-Sushi, Temaki-Shushi, and Sashimi. Basic, but informative.
