Book III: This was probably my least favorite out of the whole series and it was actually the longest book out of the four surprisingly. I guess it was because it just felt like the same story was repeating itself and I was just too burnt out with it after reading each book one right after the other. It was a nice change of pace adding a second POV for this one, but the cousin almost reminded me of Laura from book one. They were almost exactly the same personality wise and we still never did get a reason as to why she and Jenny weren’t friends after the first one. The ending is probably the one thing that saved it because it wasn’t who we thought it would be based on the first two books. It does also touch on topics of mental health and the way your mind can betray you after experiencing some life changing trauma. I kept going back and forth on my rating for this book, but I think I’ve decided on 3 stars after how the final book played out. The others were great, but this one fell sadly flat for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Book IV: I think this one was a nice conclusion to the series. The story wasn’t so heavily focused on Mr. Hagen as the previous three were and even the turn of events was completely different from what we had seen before. I was a little worried about the way this series would end after finishing the third book, but I’m glad the author took this one in a different direction. This book also touches on topics of mental health and what it can be like for someone after having spent time in a hospital. The MC not only second guessed herself, but the fear of her loved ones doing the same thing prevented her from wanting to confide in them as well. The plot twist in this one reminded me of his Goosebumps series and the way those would end. The previous three were more logical in the rationalization of what was happening. This one actually allows a little more room for other explanations. I feel both the book and the series ended on a good note and overall I still enjoyed rereading one of my favorite series from my childhood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Heads up/Good to Know: (Book III) Multiple POV, PTSD/ Mental Illness, - (Book IV) Paranormal, Supernatural content, Partial Graphic Violence, Topics of Mental Health

I liked this book a lot because it was kind of creepy and the things that happened in this book were impossible. This book is a page turner because it made me want to find out what happens to jenny and if she still thought that the dead Mr. Hagen was trying to haunt her and kill her.
This book is about a girl named Jenny who babysat for a man who really hated babysitters. He had tried to kill her, but ended up dying himself. jenny was very scared of him and she stayed at a mental institution because she thought Mr. Hagen was still alive and that he haunted her. after a whole year she left the mental institution and went back home. She felt better until she started to babysit for her new neighbor and creepy things started to happen. When she baby sat for her neighbor there were three children, but the mom of the children only had two children. A girl and a boy who claimed he had a twin. the twin turned out to be a dead boy he killed his old babysitter whom he locked in the attic.
I recommend this book to anyone who likes horror books and who is't afraid to get a little spooked out. This is the third and fourth book in R.L Stines series babysitter. If you want to find out what happens to Jenny, the kids she babysat, and the dead girl in the attic read this book.

This thrilling book will send you to great mysteries and lead you to thinking about it everyday.
It's about this girl named Jenny who just started babysitting this new kid in a VERY big house. There's been weird phone calls and she's not even sure if it's her friend calling her or not. Weird things were happening in the house with the parents and the kid. Is it her friend that keeps messing with her? Does he really need to scare her like this?
I loved this book, I wonder if there's a new episode. You know, everyone knows R.L Stine is really popular for scary books. He puts feelings, english literature, thrills in his books which is why it's so interesting. Reccommend it to people who's in love with scary books!

...she stopped past the low changing table, an open box of pampers in the corner. Past the dresser which had several stuffed animals piled on top. "Peter? Time for a snack," Debra called softly. She leaned over the crib and peered down anxiously. "Peter?" The crib was empty. Jenny, the main character in this book has just gotten over her past-several traumatizing experiences that happened while she was baby sitting. But she has finally overcome her fear of baby sitting and is back on the job. Until the experiences start to happen again. Will she make it out alive this time? i would recommend this book for people who like horror or suspense movies because this book has both of those things.

I gave this book four stars, because there are parts that got you interested and wanted to keep you reading. Like for instance there was a part were Jenny go really creeped out at the house she was babysitting for. The reason she had this insident was she almost go killed by the old parent she was babysitting for. Then there are other parts that you might find kind of boaring. When at those parts that are boaring just keep reading and it will get better. If you like mystery you will like this book. It is a good muystery and the ending is good but you probably will not expect the ending.

The Babysitter 4 was a good read by far! I really enjoyed every spine tingling minute of this scary novel. This book would make you scream one minute and cry the next as you take a journey in the life of Jenny. In this book Jenny is a young girl who keep’s hearing voices in her head but are they really in her head? Read the book to find out what really happens. Anyways if you’re looking for a great book this might be the book for you!

This book had scared a little (like no joke) and in the end, i was surprised that after the baby sitter was almost killed, she still wanted to baby sit because she said its more fun than you think. That cuaght by surprised a lot!!

I have learned horror stuff like sometimes the killer can get into your head too much and then you can act like the killer, even if you don't notice it!
