This poor guy!!! Escaping and living under the radar, after being tortured for thousands of years by that wicked old god, Zeus, Prometheus is now being tortured by dreams of a beautiful woman begging him to find her.

I liked it! Good addition to the series. Prometheus needs some happiness.

Happy reading!

Prometheus suffered so much in the past, had endured pain and extreme bites while being chained at Zeus' hands. Now, he stayed from afar and looked over his daughter and vowed never to get mixed up again with humans, because that's what had led him to torture in the first place. Until he heard a voice that seemed to talk to him, enchant him, entice him. The voice soon became an apparition, and then became real. A human. A witch.

Circe was still suffering under Zeus reign. He wanted her to find th

I was provided a copy of Unchained for a blog tour in exchange for an honest review. This is one of those times I am kicking myself asking “Self, why haven’t you finished this series yet?” Haven read book one, Marked and LOVED it, I am not sure why I haven’t read the rest of the series up to this book. I have no excuse, other than there are just too many books and not enough me.

In Unchained there is enough backstory given that it reads OK as a standalone; however, I am such a freak and

Because I’m unfamiliar with Elisabeth Naughton’s Eternal Guardian series, I feel like I missed the build-up and world setting of Unchained. Unchained is a short novella that actually occurs in two different settings, but because of the other worldly powers that Prometheus and Circe have as a Titan and sorceress, the way that the hero and heroine connect makes sense.

Even though I have very little knowledge of Naughton’s series, I’m very familiar with Greek Mythology, so Prometheus and Circe are n

Quick & Dirty: Greek mythological love story of two lost souls who bond over their shared experiences.

Opening Sentence: “Find me.”

The Review:

Unchained is a novella set in the Eternal Guardians series that features Prometheus and Circe. Their love story is a little more different from the typical love story. They do have a love at first sight love since they aren’t even in the same “realm” as the other Circe often appears like a ghost to Prometheus but this

Oh my, Elisabeth Naughton once again transported me to the realm of the gods and I didn't want to leave. The manner in which she takes the classical characters of myth and creates new tales for them never ceases to amaze me. Prometheus has been released from his torture at the hands of Zeus, but now he finds himself drawn to the mysterious Keia. Unfortunately, she is a prisoner and only by helping free Keia from his old nemesis will Prometheus finally find himself a part of the world that he has ...more

Prometheus has been roaming the halls of his castle for the past 25 years. After making many costly mistakes, and angering the powerful god Zeus, Prometheus chose solitude. However, when he starts hearing voices, he wonders if he hasn’t been alone too long. The female voice keeps saying she’s waiting for him. He then glimpses a form, and female laughter; the redheaded woman his imagination had conjured is real, well almost. The woman promises to help him have his revenge against Zeus, if he help ...more
WTF Are You Reading?
Greek Mythology just got more scintillating than ever with the lasted addition to the famed 1001 Dark Nights novella series.
Finally freed from his fabled torture at the hands of Zeus. Prometheus has vowed to do all that he can to distance himself from the war between humans and the very gods they worship.

But it seems that no matter how remote his hiding place, trouble is destined to find Lord Titan Prometheus. Trouble that, try as he might, Prometheus is powerless to resist.

Wow! Finally Prometheus’ story. The Titan has had me intrigued ever since I read Natasa and Titus' book "Bound". Wary but lonely he prowls his abode and is haunted by a red-haired temptress who rules his dreams. And now he can finally hold her in his arms but with the knowledge that their time together is fleeting.

Circe was not always a good witch but being imprisoned by Zeus has given her ample time to re-evaluate her life. But in order to escape she must once more turn to her dark side and co

Such a great book!

Once again Elizabeth Naughton transports us into the realm of Argonauts with this spine tingling addition! Prometheus and the rest of the gang help to release Keia from the clutches of Zeus. While it IS a part of a series I love, you don’t necessarily have to read them in order. However, that being said, I do highly recommend it because they’re all fantastic reads!

Unchained is about Prometheus and Circe. When a titan and the most powerful witch cross paths you can expect some explosive fireworks. I was captivated by this story from the first page and didn’t want their story to end. Their chemistry was electric and they are quite the match. The twists and turns and secrets threaten to tear them apart. Will they survive the secrets are revealed? I loved that Prometheus got his story. I’ve read the other books in this series and the storyline never gets old ...more

The Eternal Guardians series is one of my perennial favorites! Featuring the Argonauts, fierce alpha male warriors descended from the great Greek heroes, who are paired with a soul mate that is everything they want most but is the worst possible match for them for one reason or another, these books are on my auto-buy list every time.

Unchained is set in the same world, but Prometheus is not one of the Guardians. (If you are familiar with mythology you may remember his name, but if not, all the in

Prometheus is playing with fire — again.

(A little backstory: Prometheus, a Titan, angered the God Zeus by giving the gift of fire to mankind. The infuriated and vengeful Zeus had Prometheus chained to a large boulder, where, for eternity, the Titan’s liver (yes, that’s liver, not lover) was to be eaten daily by an eagle. As an immortal, Prometheus was doomed to regenerate any injury to his body, so by night he would heal, by day he would be devoured anew. Prometheus escaped this damnation when h

This is a wonderful novella of the Eternal Guardians series. I loved it!

Prometheus is a wonderful character. When he was introduced in Bound (Book 6 of the series), I was intrigued by him. He's a Titan, and had spent thousands of years as a prisoner of Zeus, who tortured him until his rescue by the Guardians twenty-five years previously. Still haunted by his capture, he has become a recluse and fears he is going crazy when a mysterious beauty invades his dreams. Not sure what is real and what is

A chance at life and love for the Titan…

This is book 8.5 in the Eternal Guardians series, a novella that can be read as a stand-alone.

Freed by the Eternal Guardians from the punishment the god Zeus had condemned him to after giving fire to the human race the Titan Prometheus lives in a self-imposed solitude in Argolea, watching over the child he failed at being a father to and remaining neutral to the power struggles going on between mortal men and the gods. But he’s haunted by an alluring voice
