Loved this book. It has calming, energizing, iron-enriching, and immune-enhancing teas, recipes, soups, salads. If you are into exploring ayurvedic recipes and herbs this just may be the book for you.

This is an interesting foray into cooking with herbs! The recipes are not difficult and some of them just call for my attention (namely teas and chais, sirups and yoghurts).

I would love to have photos! While the illustrations are pretty, I am the visual type and I also love to have some step-by-step photos at hand while trying the new recipes simply to know the supposed result.
Still, the book is interesting and a nice addition to my herbal cookbook collection.
