A lot of great information, not a lot of new information but some great info on gluten free info for those who need that type of information. A great eating plan that is not that difficult to make or follow and some great illustrations and information on body strengthening exercises. The only confusion I had was that each exercise was not labeled if for beginner or advanced or if all moves in the particular section were to be done or interchanged depending on strength level. I will continue to use as a reference guide. The reality is anyone can lose the weight when following the plan as it is clean eating, no junk or prepackaged foods should be consumed. Now if only I can find the willpower to give up the sugar

Great advice

Loved the common sense in this book. Natalie explains nor only the what but the why and provides an excellent program. Can’t wait to get started.

This book has real tangible advise on getting real with what you're eating. It's pretty basic stuff- portions, ingredients, etc. but it's something a lot of people struggle with. Highly recommend following the 7 day plan. It really gets you thinking about everything you eat and making sure you hit all the food groups. Plus unlimited veggies!!!
