I really liked the first two books. The action in this book was exciting. However I had a really hard time with the three wives. It was a little too much like a polygamist relationship for me. Especially since they took it to the next level. As a woman I just couldn't understand it.

Book could have been half as long and better if it weren't for the male fantasy of sex and guns. Less foursome and more zombie!!!

This is the third book in this emotionally charged, character driven series and it does not disappoint. The farm and all the battle ready survivors has grown which will definitely be an asset as a mega horde is headed their way plus a gang of waste of skin survivors who want what the group has. This book will have you go through the emotional wringer as we lose some characters who have become like family to the readers. On to the next book of this action packed series. A must read for anyone who loves the zombie/prepper genre.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book took me on a roller coaster ride of epic proportions. I was so wrapped up in each character, that I laughed when they laughed, and I cried when I cried. The author does a really great job of pulling you into the story, and making you feel like the entire scenario could be real. I had tears rolling down my face for almost an entire chapter, near the end. Have Kleenex ready!

What an incredible third book in the 'Blue Plague' series by Thomas Watson!

As Bruce and the clan continue to prepare for what comes next, premonitions abound for different family members. How many will attack the farm? How many will have to make the ultimate sacrifice?

This book is packed full of action, suspense and heartbreak. The lessons given by different characters are genuine and pretty funny too. The language is raw and true and do very refreshing from the padded soft correctness that abounds in our current world. Amazingly real characters with absolutely wonderful voices teach and show respect while defending life in a violent and practical way.

This is not a book of senseless violence and rage, it is a book that follows an incredible story and make an extremely welcome point that all family and friends should be protected and defended at all costs. For life and for survival. I can't even begin to count how many situations and conversations that I want to copy down to tell my family! Outstanding book!

Will make you laugh and cry out loud

This is an awesome series that grips you and takes you on a ride. I have been sick with pneumonia while reading the first three books. I was laughing, wheezing and crying and wheezing. I said if l died l was going to have "killed by the blue plague" on my tombstone. These characters enchanted me and pulled me into their storylines. As with most apocalyptic tales, the survivors are left fighting monsters like the blues and even worse monsters, the evil that men bring. Bruce, the hero is trying to keep the world going, even allowing some evils to be given second chances to rejoin humanity. Those that love him, you know why. He just wants to save as many as possible while keeping his sense of humor, but now he is challenged like no one should be. I believe Bruce and his clan to be humanities last hope

In brief, these books are the first that I have read where the walking dead were called something else, The BLUES! I loved the initial concept of how the main character's worked together in a hospital and also lived in the same but wonderfully designed home on a compound outside of the city. They had been planning for the sthtf for years. I've already read it a couple of times and am going to read it again!

Great series

In any series with a cast this large it is easy to confuse people. Not in these books tho. Each character is fleshed out and that gives the personality to be a loved person.
