About the Author

Nataša Pantović, MSc Economics, is a Maltese-Serbian author, management consultant, adoptive parent, and ancient worlds researcher currently based in Malta. Her work is a unique blend of esoteric philosophy, mindfulness, parenting, education, and poetic expression.

With a background in business and management consulting, Nataša spent 20+ years working with the Office of the Prime Minister of Malta and major consultancies like KPMG, Reeds, and Deloitte, contributing to large-scale management and ICT transformation projects across Malta, the UK, and the Netherlands.

As the Head of Business Development of UK-based Crimsonwing (later acquired by KPMG), she played a leading role in promoting Malta’s IT industry internationally. Her speaking engagements included high-level conferences like the Euro-Med Economist Summit in Marseille, where she presented on “Strategies for Growth in the Euro-Med Region.”

Her life journey shifted dramatically after adopting two children from Ethiopia as a single mother. Inspired by this transformative experience, she became a passionate advocate of conscious parenting, mindfulness, and education rooted in love and inner growth. She also supported building a school in rural Ethiopia and has organized over ten cultural festivals and conferences, including the Neolithic Conference in Birgu, Malta.

Having traveled to over 50 countries and lived in five (Serbia, Malta, UK, New Zealand, and the Netherlands), her global experiences deeply influence her philosophical and spiritual work.

Mindful eating book is full of vegetarian diet tips, recipes and mindfulness exercises to make vegetarianism a way of life. I ve been a vegetarian for the last 30 years and I consider vegetarianism to be an attitude towards life, and its values. I find this bookl to be an important and inspirational guide to vegetarian and vegan raw food preparation. It gives me daily drive to include more raw into my vegatarian diet. Very tasty receipes. This way of raw vegan food preparation inspires my creativity sometimes even more than some other art forms I practice. Must have!

Mindful Eating is a great resource for people who are becoming aware of the benefits of meatfree diets. As co-founder of the Vegetarian Society of Malta I have lived twenty five years of continuous transformation and happy to see the ratio of vegetarians versus carnivores in Malta changing drastically in favour of healthy ethical living. Thanks Natasa for providing this useful tool to help more and more people.

great book with lots of good recipes. Made me a vegan for a month. What an experience! Check about mindful eating and some great exercises that I even kept within my life later. Losing some weight! Loved this part.

I don't normally enjoy reading cookbooks cover to cover, but this one is an exception. love it so much!
