Waffles and their healthy? Sign me up. Plus once you get past the vulgar vernacular, the book is funny and educational. And the waffles are yum. Well the ones I've had so far

Waffles! Waffles! Plenty to chose from here.
I own 2 waffle irons, I have since I moved out on my own. I love waffles and love to experiment with new flavors, so I was very happy to see new ideas in this cookbook. I love their names!!
Easy to follow instructions and mostly inexpensive ingredients, so I would recommend to cooks looking to expand their waffle repertoire!
Photos are a suggestion, because they give us, the cooks, the confidence in the final product and in themselves, to believe they can accomplish the recipe, in the first place.

Some of the recipes look to be a good healthy chocie, others have too many bad ingredients and fat. There are no pictures and
no nutritional information. Potato waffles would be my first chocie to make.
Like that cornmeal and wheat flour is used.

Some of the recipes sound interesting...but I'm distracted by how they word things.
Plus they need to run this through spell check, starting with the cover of the book...
