Un libro simplemente genial para los amantes del chocolate, con una completísima gama de recetas elaboradas con el mejor ingrediente de la respostería: - galletas - magdalenas - Pudines - Hojaldres - Bizcochos - Bebidas - Pastas - Mousses Contiene una buena cantidad de tartas y pasteles ( mis favoritos) y los principales grandes de la repostería cómo:
- Selva negra - Sacher - Pastel de trufa - Pastel de chocolate - Brownies de varias clases - Brazo de gitano - Charlota de chocolate - Dobos - profiteroles - Trufas
Por otro lado, cabe destacar que tiene una redacción práctica y gráfica, paso a paso. El grado de dificultad en general de las recetas es de medio a difícil, por lo cual hay que estar un poco atento al elaborarlas y cogerse su tiempo. No obstante vale mucho la pena probarlo y si cogéis algo de práctica os aconsejo hacer: Selva negra, uno de los mejores que hay y de los más ricos. Buen provecho!
