Penny Watson presents The Klaus Brothers, a holiday fantasy romance series. This boxed set includes books 1, 2, and 3.
What if the legend of Santa Claus is true? What if Santa has five big strapping sons who help him run his empire? Five single, sexy sons looking for romance…
Nicholas Klaus is a master pastry chef, a strict disciplinarian, and the eldest son of the legendary Santa Claus. One look at café owner Lucy Brewster sends him into an unexpected tailspin of lusty desires. When Lucy is injured, Nicholas makes a decision that catapults both of their lives into turmoil.
Lucy Brewster, the free-spirited proprietor of Sweet Inspiration, has a flair for concocting sugary confections but no time for adventure. She gets more than she bargained for when she awakens in the North Pole...rambunctious elves, a fitness-obsessed Santa, and the man of her dreams. Does she have what it takes to become the next Mrs. Klaus?
Oskar Klaus' job is killing him. Not even his favorite hobbies (extreme snowboarding and browsing old bookstores) are enough to snap him out of his funk. It's not easy living in the shadow of four successful older brothers and a father named Santa. Little does he know that a kiss on New Year's Eve is about to turn his life upside-down. Kiana Grant's Manhattan life is a world away from her childhood in Oahu. She traded sunsets and surfing for a respectable career in library science, but Oskar Klaus is a temptation that's hard to resist. Before she knows it, she's in the midst of an outrageous adventure in the North Pole, dealing with mischievous elves, wicked demons, and a devastating attraction to Santa's youngest son. There's just one problem…a bitter elf hell-bent on revenge threatens the future of everyone in the North Pole, even Santa himself…
Sven Klaus, Chief Toy Designer for Klaus Enterprises, will protect his family at any cost. He’s prepared to battle the most threatening adversaries to do it—frost flowers, snowstorms, Yeti. And beautiful tenacious tabloid journalists.
Andi De Luca’s reporting career is built on lies—about corrupt politicians, greedy Hollywood stars, and Bigfoot. Now she’s determined to uncover the truth about Klaus Enterprises, and she always gets her story. Even if it means revealing her own secret desires to Santa’s son.
After all the lies and deception are exposed, will Andi and Sven survive this North Pole adventure? Or will YETI MAKE THEM DEADY?

Will Andrea publish the story of her life and reveal all the secrets of Sven and his family, telling the world that Santa really does exist?
These are three delightful, sexy and fun stories that I have thoroughly enjoyed. I can’t wait to go on to book four, Sweet Cinderella, and read Gregor and Hannah’s story.
This was my first read from this author, and I would happily read more. The world building was fun and quirky with tons of magical elements that one should expect from The North Pole. Overall, the three stories were light, feel good stories with plenty of humor and holiday cheer.
Genre: Contemporary Holiday romance. This is a 3-book bundle, and I read only the first, so this is a review of that one. The concept was kind of lame, centering on the oldest of Santa Claus' five sons. While each book is about a different son, in this book at least, there is interaction between all the members of the family. I don't know if one needs to read them in order, provided you can get through this one.nThe concept lends itself to a Tween or YA romance, but the sex is too graphic. Aside from that, there were also many, many places this story could have been tightened up. And there was also the issue of the heroine and everyone (including the hero) making the assumption that the couple is a done deal, but she leaves because he hasn't said, in English, that he loves her. Yeah, he said it in German, but she didn't understand the language and was too stupid to say, "hon, I know you were in the middle of an orgasm and all, but could you translate what you were saying?" The best way I know to explain my feelings about this book is with a comparison. Have you ever put on your bra, then found out it's twisted up in the back? It will still hold your girls up, but it feels so wrong you have to start all over. There's just no going on, faking comfort. Well, the author needs to go back and Start all over with this. Maybe she should start by having someone outside her circle of friends/family beta read it. People who love you are too quick to say how good your writing is, either not seeing the clunky bits, or afraid to hurt your feelings. I don't know if I'll be able to read books 2 & 3 of the bundle, but they're in my Kindle in case I ever feel so inclined.
This is a review for book 1 of the Klaus Brother's series - Sweet Inspiration. Based on it alone, I'm very much looking forward to the rest of this set!
What a delightful holiday romp! I was totally enchanted with this sometimes over the top but always fun and flirty Christmas 'What if' story? What if Santa lived in a North Pole town and had some strapping young lumberjack type sons looking for wives? What if one of them happened to be a chef, who becomes entranced with a woman running her own bakery in our world? And What if he rescues her from an accident and has to carry her off to a castle full of magic and elves and Christmas cookies?
I seriously wanted to sit with a place of shortbread and a mug of hot cocoa while reading this, because it deserves to be savoured as the sexy treat it is. Nicholas and Lucy make a lovely well matched couple, both experienced and really good chefs and I loved that she could suspend her disbelief at being in Santa's town and just go with the flow in this fantasy of whimsy and sugar. Also interesting though was the behind the scenes politics of what really happens at Christmas (things I daresay one has never considered until reading this book). We get a glimpse of Nicholas's other brothers and know that they will have enchanting stories told of them as well. There is lots of chemistry between the main couple and we get some super sexy love scenes with them too (sex in a sleigh! who knew!). Really, this was just delightful and I'm excited to dive into more of the Klaus brothers stories. 4 stars.
I grabbed this box set after seeing a recommendation for a fun, different, romantic Christmas story and I wanted something lighter for the season.
Book 1 is okay. The setup is cute. It feels a bit unfulfilled, like it was a rush job to throw a story in with the sex scenes which I had to skip over. Too many of them. Too soon in the relationship. Too mechanical. Too much "I have to put these in here" feel. I never believe the instant "I'm so in Love with this guy/girl I just met" thing. Lust, yes. Love, no. That needs a foundation. This story would have been much better with that.
The 2nd and 3rd stories, however, are quite charming, better filled in, and a lot of fun. I still skipped a bit of the mechanics, but I enjoyed the characters and the action/adventure of them.
I only read the 2nd story because I bought the set and decided to give it another chance. I read the 3rd because I enjoyed the 2nd. I might try book 4 when/if? it comes out.
I have laughed and cried as well as gotten hot flashes from the first three Klaus Brothers I can't wait to see what happens with Gregor and Wolfgang. Please tell me that their stories are out and that you will write more about the Klaus Brothers. They are pure love. A must read from Penny Watson.
I really enjoyed these books. I loved how the brothers were close even though they each had their own things going on. They were fun quick stories and I can't wait for the next one.
