Good processes - my InBox has benefitted, and my desk is getting there. I just upgraded my Office to 2007, so I am getting used to the differences.

If you're a fan of David Allen's "Getting Things Done", you would enjoy this book. It teaches how to utilize that method of productivity using Microsoft Outlook.
