I loved the recipes provided in the book. The book even gives you a plan for breakfast lunch and dinner so you can use it for as long as you want.

great recipes

There are some great and tasty recipes as well as sensible eating plan. Even if your goal isn't to lose weight this is very sensible and healthy.

Decent recipe book.

It had a few chicken recipes that sound good. That is about all my family eats. book was free so it was a great value.
