(Arabic:
Joseph Murphy was a Divine Science minister and author.

Murphy was born in Ireland, the son of a private boy's school headmaster and raised a Roman Catholic. He studied for the priesthood and joined the Jesuits. In his twenties, an experience with healing prayer led him to leave the Jesuits and move to the United States, where he became a pharmacist in New York (having a degree in chemistry by that time). Here he attended the Church of the Healing Christ (part of the Church of Divine Science), where Emmet Fox had become minister in 1931.

In the mid 1940s, he moved to Los Angeles, where he met Religious Science founder Ernest Holmes, and was ordained into Religious Science by Holmes in 1946, thereafter teaching at the Institute of Religious Science. A meeting with Divine Science Association president Erwin Gregg led to him being reordained into Divine Science, and he became the minister of the Los Angeles Divine Science Church in 1949, which he built into one of the largest New Thought congregations in the country. In the next decade, Murphy married, earned a PhD in psychology from the University of Southern California and started writing. After his first wife died in 1976, he remarried to a fellow Divine Science minister who was his longstanding secretary. He died in 1981.

An inspiring book for those who believe in a higher power. It offers comfort and encouragement, inviting readers to look at certain aspects of life from a new perspective. Whether or not one embraces the author’s viewpoint is a personal choice, but it’s clear that the book will resonate most strongly with those open to the idea of miracles. Blending prayers with real-life stories of people who managed to rise above difficult circumstances, it provides both spiritual guidance and hope.

Fourth and probably the last book I'm reading in this series. The theme of each subsequent book is the same all the time, the title of the book changes but the content changes very little. The book is very good for evening reading and easy to read, hence the 3 stars. It contains a lot of religious contexts and can get boring after a while. If this is your first book of this type, I strongly encourage you to read it, you will get something for yourself from it but don't expect too much.

Do każdego celu i problemu można ułożyć skuteczną modlitwę. Duża pomoc w walce z negatywnymi myślami i uwidocznienie wagi i działania pozytywnych. Sukces przez wiarę, pozytywne myślenie poprzez kontrolę umysłu, pokój i zdrowie przez wybaczanie. Ostatni rozdział jakby natchniony. Polecam

;-) 2-/5 ode mnie.

Some places doesnt seem to have a flow at all. Very randomly placed words and sentences. The idea he's trying pass on is quite familiar to most of us. He could have done a much better job stitching some examples in a colorful manner.

An amazing guide of how our subconscious works and how to control it. The book is illustrated with easy to understand examples and it will give you the desire to read other works of Dr.Joseph Murphey. For sure I will. I Highly recommend it 📣

Beautiful book

I am thrilled by the psychology and the way this information is delivered. It's really like he's telling me stories that I can apply to my own experience.

This is the best of Joesph Murphy's books that I've read so far.

He tells you all you need to know about having the right attitude to life and how to heal yourself and others of every disesase and overcome every problem. Whatever you think is impressed on your subconscious mind - if you think positively, good things happen to you, if you think negative thoughts, you get ill or things go badly. It's that simple. It's always the nature of your thinking that determines the quality of your life. You're in charge!

Murphy recounts innumerable examples of people healed and helped, and provides affirmative prayers for use in various situations.

I particularly appreciate the summary provided at the end of each chapter.

This book has it all, and I firmly recommend it to everyone open to change and the power of positive thought.

Completely changed my ideas of prayer, forgiveness, and even scripture. This book will stick with me for the rest of my life.

A beautiful journey through the lives of others on how the subconscious mind creates realities that we all can control.

Definitely a recommended read for anyone interested on the powers of the mind and discovering a new relationship with God.

idk what is this
but the fact that it was so repetitive made me feel annoyed
honestly I just flipped through it at some point because I just couldn't read any more of it
it gave me some will to ensure that I am thinking positively
