Best one. Really necessary. And the author wrote it clear how different each type of rice is and how to prepared. Easy to understand.

wow! so many things to make in a rice cooker!

This book has a lot of recipes that look delicious and healthy. I think this one would be worth purchasing. (I got it from the library)

Great primer on whole grains

This is the book I've been looking for to help incorporate more whole grains into our diet. That the recipes are designed for easy cooking in my rice cooker is an added bonus!

great recipes

I love these recipes. They are so easy and quick, I can have dinner on the table and everyone is happy. I especially love the Shrimp and Grits and the Red Beans and Rice.
