The beginning of how Jess as a profiler got tangled up with The Player He is fascinated and fixation with her. Everything from now on is to taunt her and her loved ones. Good beginning the pieces have begun as you read the other stories.
This takes place between Vicious and Vile. Wouldn't recommend reading this one out of order as there are spoilers! It's the story of Jess's demise with the FBI on The Player case and it's told through flashbacks. Loved it! It hints at the Player's evolution. I just wished it were longer as things are ramping up in Jess Harris's world! Barely enough to tide me over, but it'll have to do!
My Evil Valentine is a collection of stories from seven different authors and they are a real treat for those who love thrillers, mystery and some suspense with a touch of romantics... I was hooked from the very first story written by Debra Webb. This book really does have something for everyone. I highly recommend it to those that want something different to read for pure enjoyment. You won't be disappointed!!!
This short story falls between books 7 and 8 in the series. It is a good story that gives more details to the story of Jess and serial killer, Eric Spears. I think this information adds to the story but is not necessary if you are not interested in short stories, and I know many people who are not.
the beginning of a serial killer's obsession with the profiler who hunts him . explains a few things and shows how the killer engineered the destruction of her career with the FBI.
I love this series so it was really nice finding out how Jess got tangled up with Spears. This was a feast read that filled in some background that is nice to have being a fan of the series.
