I had to reread this because I am desperately missing the cast of Eternal Rest… and also because the ending gives me hope that there might someday be crossover with the cast of the Nightmare series!

Destination Wedding: An Eternal Rest Bed and Breakfast Novella comes right in the middle of the Eternal Rest Bed and Breakfast Paranormal Cozy Mysteries Series between books 3 and 4. I have read all 7 books in the series and just love them.
Normally, Emily hosts ghost hunters, paranormal thrill seekers, cemetery lovers or people who love the area for antique shopping; but in this novella, Emily is hosting a bridal party. The bride Madison Nicks is highly strung and overly dramatic (does that just come with the territory?), along with her mother Susan, who is overseeing the catering, not actually doing the catering, but making sure it is done correctly (her way)! Of course included in the party is the maid of honor, Amara, and then the bridesmaids Brittany and Courtney. In and out of the picture is also Lena Duke, wedding planner.
Not long after the ladies meet and greet Emily, there is a problem! More than Susan's dislike of the cemetery being so close; Madison's ex shows up declaring his undying love! Emily lets him know, both Madison and I have asked you to leave; we can call the police, if you want to go there! Of course she didn't add the go there part, but close enough! Wayne decides to leave at this time, but we know he's coming back... He says he's not leaving town until Madison sees reason... Trouble in Oak Hill, again...
Now Emily is a budding medium, which Sage Clark, her best friend, is cultivating. Sage is a psychic medium with a business in Oak Hill's downtown area. All this drama and emotional hysterics is putting Emily on edge. She gives her guests the attention and care they require, but when the chaos starts, she finds a quiet place to shield herself from it. Emily reminds herself that they're only in town for three nights, as she goes to the cemetery for peace and quiet!
Unfortunately, you can't hide news in a small town, where gossip is like breathing air! The bachelorette party went full swing in the cemetery, the bachelor party was happening in the bar; but it seemed the place to be was the Oak Hill liqueur store! A fight broke out, and so many people found themselves there, but no one wanted to admit they were there! Wait for it! There's a dead body! The ex- Wayne has been ex'd out! The body was found in the gazebo where the ceremony was supposed to be held! He's haunting the place and still professing his love for Madison!

A cozy paranormal mystery for 13+, with no racy scenes and no foul language! A really good series!

A wedding party settling in at Eternal Rest as they get ready for the big day is already a lot for Emily to deal with (tension within the bridesmaid party is ROUGH) and the bride's ex ending up dead at the gazebo complicates things even further.
Emily has an abundance of suspects - from the bridal party to the groom's group to the wedding planner - and she has limited time to figure out who did the deed. I mean, it's not entirely on her since the police are investigating, as well, but Emily does have her ghosts who can give her a little extra intel on what's going on.
A suspicious death, a fair amount of suspects, and Emily right in the middle of things as she works her way through the clues. GOOD STUFF!

Great story!
Another great addition to this series. We have a total drama queen of a bride and an overbearing mother that over does the take charge of everything. When an ex boyfriend of the bride shows up, well all heck breaks loose. Especially when he’s found dead! There are too many people to choose from. Seems like almost the entire wedding party ended up running into the inebriated ex at the liquor store. But who did the awful deed? Of course his ghost shows up, which just creates more havoc. What is he trying to tell Sage and Emily? There is so much more going on! Loved this!

Emily is hosting part of the bridal party before the wedding. The bride and her group have planned to have the bachelorette party in the cemetery! The weekend is crashed by the bride’s ex-boyfriend who Emily boots from the property. The ex is found dead in the town square and the path to finding the killer takes some twists and turns with his ghost leading the way! Great ending to this novella!

This is a short story in between books 3 and 4. It focuses on a bride who stays at the B&B and then an ex-boyfriend turns up, cue lots of mayhem and a murder. It's a sweet and simple story, but worth reading and a lot of fun to read. The action centers on the bride and her friends but ends with a wedding. It's a lovely feel good read.

A good cozy mystery with a paranormal twist. This is a novella but the story works well and the characters are good if a bit shallow I like Beth Dolgner's work and although not her strongest story it is still a fun quick read.

It was great to read about Emily and Sage again. This was such a fun series. I enjoyed how the ghost could knock things out of Emily and her guests hands. Wow! Great read!
