A solid resource for vegetarians as well as those wishing to include more vegetarian meals in their diets. The recipes are straight forward and fairly easy to make, but still result in scrumptious food.

A well-stocked cookbook for all different types of meals. As with all cookbooks, there are quite a few recipes that I would definitely not like, but I did find a lot that I wrote down for future use. A nice compilation of vegetarian food. It helps me realize how many things I can make as a vegetarian.

This is my go-to book in the kitchen. It has everything you could ever think of when it comes to a vegetarian diet - from the nutrients found in all the different veggies to easy starter recipes to complex entrees and desserts you could use when entertaining.

A few recipes do not appeal to me, but the ones I have made (and I have made quite a bit from this book) were so yummy! Even if one isn't a vegetarian, these recipes are for the most part healthy and very delicious.

This book offers such a wide variety of vegetables to use in simple yet well spiced forms that it has been a go to reference when I'm brain locked. I use most of the dishes as accompanying dishes for carnivore meals
