This book gives a five star not only for a good ending to a sweet series but to the Authors. Last year I just got a kindle and was pleasantly surprised to see my hometowns name on a book. So naturally I had to read it. Instantly transported into a Hallmark movie of my hometown! Such a great message in each one and it just filled my heart with happiness! The second reason this series and book gets a five star is the Authors Note. I can't explain how much it means to have our town recognized in a book but even more so after the devastation from Hurricane Hellene. To have some of the proceeds go to a donation to help our town meant everything. I'm currently not residing in Asheville anymore due to being a military family but being able to help in this way helps us heal. Immediately bought all four books. Thank you Authors for such a sweet series located in one of the best places ever!

Hope Holloway and Cecelia are back with all the feels, bringing us along for a wonderful return to Asheville at Christmas. Romance is going strong, with some heartaches and disappointments along the way. I loved catching up with all the characters, seeing changes the last year has brought, and experiencing with them the joys (and frustrations) of the Christmas traditions. This is a wonderful series and I’m so glad they gave us this return to the Chambers and MacPherson families!

“Sometimes you have to weigh all the feelings, what feels right & what feels wrong, & think about the people you love who are involved, & then…give it to God.”

This is book 4 to the Carolina Christmas series by Holloway & Scott. I believe the series was originally only slated for 3 books, so I’m glad that added book 4. It’s entertaining enough that I hope they add more books to the series down the road.

The last 3 books used the POV’s of the Chambers triplets. This book we didn’t hear from Eve’s POV but we did hear from Hannah (their new step cousin).

Hannah is like so many women - waiting for the guy to make all the moves & forgetting she has a say in the relationship. Glad to see she found her backbone in this book.

And as someone who does not have children - I was happy how Noelle’s story line went in this book as there are a lot of story lines that tend to brow beat the thought that all women should feel as Noelle did at the beginning of the book.

Couple of mistakes in the book.
1) Chapter 1 mentioned the family get together being 18 people. That sounded low to me, so I mapped out who was mentioned being there. There were 19 people. (I know, stupid thing to be annoyed about).
2) Chapter 11 mentions the Vanderbilts of the Biltmore House having children. They only had 1. Singular.

I can’t even explain how much I love these books and this series. While it’s sweet, it’s realistic. There is a mix of issues a lot of us can relate to and a hope that we will have people in our lives to help us through these issues (like the support shown in the book). I’m hoping for a yearly checkup with this family!

I love this series so much. I say this on every review. The characters. The family love. Their little stories. The kindness. Wholesomeness. Faith. The messages. All of it. I really hope they will write another one! You feel so good after you read these!

Coming home for Christmas is supposed to be festive and fun—unless, of course, you’re also staring down ghosts of Christmas past, trying to pretend you’re totally fine, and attempting to avoid a small-town romance that refuses to die quietly. In The Asheville Christmas Tradition, book four in the Carolina Christmas series, our heroine finds herself back in a town that remembers everything—especially the mistakes she’d rather forget.

She’s here for the family traditions, the twinkling lights, the sense of home she pretends she doesn’t miss—not to rekindle old flames or revisit that part of her history. But the problem with Asheville? It doesn’t let you hide. Not from the past, not from the town’s highly invested residents, and definitely not from the man who still knows exactly how to get under her skin. As the holidays unfold, so does a storm of emotions—nostalgia, tension, longing, and the undeniable truth that maybe, just maybe, the thing she was running from is the thing she needed all along.

At 4.5 stars, The Asheville Christmas Tradition delivers a second-chance romance packed with small-town meddling, emotional gut punches, and just enough holiday magic to make you believe in fate. You can read it as a standalone, but it’s even better when you’ve followed the Carolina Christmas series from the start—this town lives and breathes through its characters. If you love holiday romances that bring love, healing, and a side of emotional turmoil, this one belongs on your shelf. And if you think heading home for the holidays is just about cookies and carols? Let Asheville prove you wrong.

This was the final book in the series. I enjoyed the stories and the characters. I would recommend this book if you're looking for some light, holiday reading.

Amazon synopsis:
It’s the most wonderful time of the year in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, but the Chambers sisters are discovering that even the happiest season has its share of surprises. Noelle, newly married to Jace and managing her own cozy art gallery, is on a mission to perfect the town’s annual Christmas tree lighting. But between stepmom duties, dreams of starting her own family, and strong-willed townsfolk resisting her festive plans, Noelle’s Christmas spirit is put to the test.

Meanwhile, Angie’s working at the iconic Biltmore House, where an intriguing new curator has her second-guessing both her career and her heart. And their fun-loving stepcousin Hannah is struggling with the fact that her long-term relationship has fizzled out. Will a chance meeting with a former pro hockey player who now owns the Christmas tree farm be the spark she needs to skate her way into a whole new life?

Once again, Christmas brings challenges and change, happiness and heartbreak, and the power of unbreakable family bonds. Join these strong, funny, and loving women as they celebrate old traditions and create a few new ones along the way.

This is the fourth book in the Asheville Christmas series. Is it better to hold on to old traditions or create new ones? Or, a mixture of both?

What a fabulous and heartwarming ending to such a wonderful series! The triplets, Angie, Noelle, and Eve have enjoyed a remarkable year in Asheville with their new, extended family of Hannah and Caro. With the holidays approaching, difficult decisions have arrived for Noelle and Hannah and the worry of losing her job for Angie. A snowstorm to end all snow storms threatens the Asheville Christmas tree lighting. But leave it to an angelic eight-year-old little girl to create the magic of Christmas with a modification to a Christmas tradition. This book has all the emotional feels of the first three books and culminates in the best conclusion of the Chambers’ triplets story.

I loved the way this series wrapped up, my heart is full.

We pick up one year later at Thanksgiving, the triplets Eve, Noelle, and Angie have had a fulfilling year. Their family has grown, and as we approach the holidays, there are new challenges and decisions. New loves and traditions honored. A snowstorm is ready to threaten it all, but the mind of an 8-year-old can make new traditions for the annual tree lighting.

I loved the entire series and would love to see a new book added and become an annual tradition.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

The Asheville Christmas Tradition by Hope Holloway and Cecelia Scott ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Book 4 and the final book of the Carolina Christmas Series. Yes as well as all of Hope's series they much be read in order.
What a great romance, heartache, family-friendly story. Never once doubted that They would end the series with bang even with some road blocks and tough decisions, the families came together to see it through.

I'm happy to announce that Hope and Cecelia have a brand new series coming in 2025. I for one will be right there to read them as, as I have already read every book they wrote.

I loved visiting the Chamber sisters and their ever growing family, there is uncertainty for a few of the family whether it be work, acceptance in the Town or relationship wise and to be honest I really hoped Hannah would stick to her guns once she started to see her self worth.
These books always put me through a bit of an emotional ride as the characters feels so real and go through things anyone of us could but at the end of it all it's like a warm hug and now I want to put my Xmas tree up!

Wonderful ending to the series

Sad to see the series end. It would be interesting to have them write about the challenges of this Christmas after Helene's devastating impact. We are heading there in a couple of weeks. Biltmore has been on my bucket list but when the Chihuly exhibition was added it kills 2 birds with one stone. Kind of like Elliott in the book to bring in new and exciting shows to draw business. This series deals with miracles and I truly believe the western North Carolina people are strong ,devoted and determined folks.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Hope and Cecelia for giving us a special Christmas treat in “The Asheville Christmas Tradition”. What a wonderful conclusion for the story of the Chambers and McPherson families. I loved seeing how the families have grown and blossomed. New challenges and new love stories unfolding for these delightful characters and the addition of some new characters only added to this enjoyable book! P.s. I wouldn’t object to a 5th book sometime in the future!

Wow! Awesome Read! A must read that has something for everyone. It’s funny-Egg Baby (I’m still laughing); it’s emotional-Miss Edna’s Ghost of Christmas tradition; it’s dreamy-Hannah and Fletch; it’s chivalrous-Fletch and Keith’s conflict; and it’s loving-the strong bond between sisters who will always be there for each other no matter what (as it should be); Most of all, it was fun catching up with Eve, Noelle, and Angie and everyone else in Asheville. Thank you for the ARC copy.

This is the continuing story of the Chambers triplets, Evie, Angie, and Noelle. And their stepsisters Hannah and Caro. Angie has a new baby girl to include in her family and her husband David has taken a new job where he's home weekends and weeknights with his family. Angie has a new boss and is afraid that her job will disappear under him. Noelle is trying for a new baby along with being a mother for Cassie. Hannah is unhappy with her boyfriend of ten years since he won't commit.

It was nice to return to the Carolina Christmas series. In this one, the three sisters all have their challenges again, chief among them is the future of the Biltmore mansion itself, as a new manager comes in and shakes everything up with his ideas about bringing in da Vinci-level art rather than featuring the mansion's unique history. A recordbreaking snowstorm threatens the annual festivities, and love is in the air. An enjoyable read.

Interesting!

This book was the first novel I've read with three narrators. Sisters who are determining their family choices. Undergoing a procedure to increase ability to get pregnant (no guarantee), determining whether a 10 year relationship is worth the angst and establishing one's professional reputation are the issues dealt with in a very satisfactory method for this reader.

perfect Combination of Sweetness, Drama, and Christmas in Asheville

I used to vacation in the mountains near Asheville every summer. I’ve been to the Biltmore many times, but never at Christmas. These books make me really want to go there during the holidays.
At the same time, my heart breaks for the devastation brought to that area by the hurricane. May God help the residents s and businesses there as they work to recover.

This one focused on Noelle, Angie and Hannah and the major changes and difficult decisions each had to face. It is nice to see how the Chambers triplets and Sonny's daughters, Caroline and Hannah, have so easily become family, bonding in close friendships and loyal confidences. A sweet back story appears regarding the annual Christmas tree lighting event and the conclusion definitely leaves open the possibility of a book five.

Christmas wishes come true from traditions

Some traditions can be changed and some just can't. Yet this Christmas may just be the time to see if they can be tweaked. Ashville sounds like a heavenly place to be for Christmas what with love in the air, hope under the tree and traditions being just what they are traditional!

Asheville christmas tradition book 4

What an excellent continuation of the trilogy I completed. It didn't take long for those wonderful characters to be brought back to life with their happenings and traditions and new traditions they will be making. I love how it ended, bringing a tear to my eye.

Wonderful book

I have loved the other books so much and was happy to get a chance to see Hannah and Angie get their happy ever afters. Great storytelling.. What makes these books even more special for me is because I live on the outskirts of Asheville and know the Biltmore estate and other areas.

My wish.

Please write more beautiful stories about the triplets. I read all 4 in the Carolina Christmas series, and I am heart broken that their stories have ended. You are such great writers, I feel as though they are my family. I want more of all of them. The complete family. Please!

This is such a sweet family I wish they could adopt me. A little over the top with the sweetness at times (but maybe I'm just jealous I'm not part of a set of triplets). All proceeds from this book and the previous 3 in the series go towards Hurricane Helene relief! So if you want a sweet and easy read that helps an important cause give it a go!

I love this series…..read all 4 in the series, one right after the other. The family dynamics are uplifting, the North Carolina descriptions paint an amazing picture, and the storylines are comfortably entertaining. I hope there are more books to come in this series, as these characters are worth revisiting again and again.
