basically, Donna Kelly just gives you a reg recipe and adds tofu. so the mac and cheese is mac and cheese PLUS tofu, the spinach artichoke dip? cream cheese and crap PLUS tofu.... so.. it's not really making it healthy? and you're not really tasting the tofu (not that tofu has a super strong taste), you're just really using it as a supplement?

The recipes look delicious. I really want to try to make the potstickers. I don't understand this part: Fold the square in half to create a triangle and seal. How do you seal wonton wrappers?
I really enjoyed this little cookbook that did things with tofu that I was really surprised with, like put it in Apple Crumb Cake and into Mousse. I will definitely have to try out some of these recipes!
This sounds like a book I probably need. My current method is to fry the shit out of it and smother it with teriyaki sauce, so I should probably expand my repertoire.
