Whoever edited this book should be fired! Typos, recipes with ingredients in the list and not in the instructions and in the instructions and not in the list, recipe modification suggestions that suggest to replace ingredient X with ingredient Y when ingredient X isn't even in the recipe, awkward translation...ect. Makes me not trust any of the educational info in the first half of the book. I get a huge produce share every Tuesday and spend Tuesday evening perusing recipe books and magazines for ideas for our weekly meal plan and I did not find one recipe I could make with the variety of seasonal produce I have on hand. IT'S A VEGETARIAN COOKBOOK!
Wow - what a treat this book is - I loved it! Full of information, lovely photographs and even better recipes, I loved that the recipes were also rated for vegans, and the other variations in vegetarian eating.
I learnt a lot from this book and cooked a few dishes too - what a treat!
