Librarian's note: Alternate cover edition of ASIN B006KH5OGW.

For best-selling romance novelist Jillian Grayson, writer's block is a thing of the past now that her clandestine relationship with her son's best friend, Brian Nash, has lifted her out of a post-divorce funk. The prospect of breaking the news to her son seems daunting, but it's nothing compared to the nightmare of meeting Brian's superstrict, off-the-wall, disapproving parents.

After Jillian, Brian and his younger brother Jim, learn an eye-opening secret about the Nash parents they all go scurrying back to Miami where Jillian's best friend Victoria finds Brian's sexy, but innocent college senior brother to be just what the doctor ordered. But when Jim comes on a little too seriously, will Victoria lose interest and return to her life of casual fun or will things get even more complicated?

Friends With Full Benefits is the second book in the Friends With Benefits series. And although the stories are connected, they can be read on their own and book two is a great introduction to the hilarious and complicated world of Jillian and Victoria.

It's an edgy and somewhat raunchy romp filled with humor, sex, romance, passion and surprises. Full Benefits will leave you laughing out loud, slightly worked up and maybe even chasing your spouse or partner around the bedroom...

When I first started reading this book I keep thinking....huh? Then I realized I was reading the 2nd installment of this series. I decided to keep reading and ended up loving the book, so much I will read the rest including the first one! I do think these books need to be read in order to understand the relationship and friendship of the main characters. That said I found this book to be absolutely hysterical at times, touching at others. My fav part has to be the rape fantasy scene!! Oh my.....too funny!

I can't believe how much I didn't like this book after liking the first book in this series, Friends with Partial Benefits. If I could have given it 1/4 of a star I would have. In the first book there was a story and an actual relationship between Jillian & Brian. In this 2nd book I feel the author just got lazy. I stopped reading 1/2 through & just skimmed the rest of the book until the last chapter. Every page was pretty much the same thing, 2 characters were either having oral sex, sex or talking about sex. I love steamy scenes but none of these were even remotely steamy or erotic. I felt the same scene was played over & over again on each page. The only difference was sometimes it was Jillian & Brian & sometimes it was Victoria & whoever. I liked the first book so much I gave it 4 stars. I hate that 2 characters that I really liked, Jillian & Brian, were diminished in this book.

Phenomenal Read!

I'm beyond hooked and obsessed with this series so far! This book was beyond amazing in every aspect! It's sexy and steamy, it had a scene that had me putting the book down and laughing trying to catch a breath! And without spoiling the book for others..... the surprise with Victoria at the end has me on the edge of my seat--- completely jaw dropping shock that I wasn't expecting but so excited to see how it's going to play out now! Absolutely love how Jillian and Brian are now openly together! This book was everything plus more! Highly reccomend. This is the book that will have your eyes growing big as your read it!

18+ - Erotic Novel
This is the second in the Friends With Benefits Series. Jillian and Brian go visit his parents and discover a nasty secrets about his overly religious parents. They take his younger brother with them to Atlantic City for the weekend. Jim meets a girl there, Caroline, and they have a fun weekend. Then the three of them go back to Miami. Jim stays for two weeks before going back to college. He hooks up with Victoria, Jillian's best friend, and he is a virgin no more!
Rob, Jillian's son finds out about her and Brian. they tell him they are getting married. Rob gets a job and moves to another city after having sex with Victoria. She misses Jim and decides to visit him at college, only to find him starting a relationship with Caroline. After having dinner with them she heads back home.
Victoria then discovers something about herself and is shocked. What is it? Will Brian and Jillian have the wedding they want? How is Rob's new job? I guess I must read the third book!

As funny as the first one. All the same characters plus some new crazy ones. In this book Jillian is trying to figure out how to brake the news to her twenty one year old son that she is dating his best friend. Jillian and Bryan are crazy in love and can't keep their hands off each other the entire time, also her crazy best friend Victoria is back and we learn more about her and the reasons behind her promiscuity. We also get to meet Bryan's parents who are completely nuts, the part where they fly to meet them is just downwrite funny. And I have to say the sexcapades get more intense. So Friends with full benefits comes pack with more fun, more sex and more tennis.

Holy heck, Luke did it again. I don't know what it is about this series but it's been a long time since I've just laughed at a book. Pretty much since I read the first one. The characters are a little predictable. Brian's brother in the beginning was pathetically hilarious and I won't even talk about his parents. I thought I was going to snort my drink out of my nose. FANTASTIC. And the end! WHATTTTTTTT!!!! Now I HAVE to read the next one. Well played Luke Young. You now have me hooked.

This was a quick easy, sometimes crude romance.
A LOT of talk about Anal as well...

Written by a man that instantly intrigued me. Hence why I picked it up.
It made me LOL at times.. supporting characters are great.

It was OK... it did make me want to read the rest of their story, so I continued on with the series

This is the 2nd book in the Friends with Benefits series and you really should read them in order. I found this installment funnier than the first, but still had a great story and was super sexy. I just can't get enough of these characters.

There were more laugh out loud moments in this book than the first one. Also a few cringe worthy moments. I am curious to see how Victoria's story plays out.

Middle-aged woman met son's college friend, and they had sex, and then they had more sex, and then they went somewhere and had sex, and then they went home and had sex, and her best friend and her son hooked up and had sex, and then they went somewhere and had sex, and then they had some more sex...

I'm not sure they ever work. Or study for class. Or even sleep or eat, they're so busy having sex. Even playing tennis is foreplay. Now, this would be okay if all you wanted to read about was sex, except--the sex scenes aren't sexy. They're just kind of by rote. If you read a book specifically to get voyeuristic arousal from the sex scenes (which is all this one has), then they should be descriptive, explicit, detailed. Not "and then they had sex, and then they came, and then they smiled at each other and felt good."

I don't know how it ends up. I didn't finish (smile). The way things were going, I'd guess they all wound up in bed or hot-tub together, daisy-chaining and taking turns with each other.

Just can't finish this book

I have tried to read this book twice. I just can't finish it. I admit I haven't read the first one and maybe that would make a difference.
Starts out with him popping the question and her not giving an answer. When her college age son comes home early from a cruise you find out the son and the potential husband are college roomates and good friends. Neither of them seem to committed. I just can't finish it. Sorry, not my style.

This book was so cheesy.... so cliche'd in parts. And, yes, lot of talk about sex and having some too, still a did not like the story, nor the young guy's with older woman's 15 or more years a part.I try to skipped over most of it, but I just could not get into this. I’m sorry to say I did not finish this.

Friends with Full Benefits

I enjoyed Book 1. I even giggled a few times at the antics of the characters as they found love or whatever was passing for it at any particular moment. This second book was like The Keystone Kops meet The Three Stooges in the 21st century. Only naked. I'm done!

Jillian and Brian take off to meet his weirdly religious cult parents and uncover startling family secrets. The two of them flee, with his younger brother and make off for a night in Atlantic City.
With his eyes opened a little Jim (the younger brother) decides to go to Florida with the couple to have his eyes opened a little wider.

I was surprised by book 1. A relationship with an older woman younger man I don’t have a problem with. But this is really just a book about sex. This is almost a self help book as it is so descriptive with different techniques thanks to Victoria.

Erotica

Its the book version of porn. There's no plot and I found myself laughing through most of it. If you're looking for something to read to get you in the mood I'd recommend it. If you're looking for any sort of plot I'd pass.

Okay

Took awhile to get into this story. The point of view jumped among multiple characters, which wasn't confusing, but didn't allow for much continuity. After saying that I will read the next in the series, cuz I gotta know what happens to Victoria.

There were definitely some LOL moments and some steamy moments, the writing isn't really amazing or anything but it's been an interesting read.

I enjoyed the first book much more. I couldn’t take anything seriously in this one as it has much more humor and too many side relationship going on.

So funny. Sex, sex and more sex mixed with madcap ideas.

Anal sex appears to be the main theme in this book, closely followed by mahoosive members!

In this second book of the series, we get to meet Brian's family. It is a rather 'interesting' family dynamic. What is different about his parent's house than most houses? What about his parents? I had to laugh at some of the things we read about in there. This is once again another very erotic book in the series, lots of sex, lots of open talking about things relating to sex. A decent plot line that continues and brings in Brian's younger brother Jimmy to the scene with us. The bombshell that is dropped on Victoria is rather huge and interesting. Definitely leaves us off with a bit of a cliff hanger for the book, but definitely worth it and making you want to realize how much you ned to get to the third book of the series to find out what happens. Who is Caroline? What is happening with Rob? How are Rob and Brian handling things? What is going on with Victoria? These are all questions that can be answered while reading the book.

As with the first book in the series, Friends With Partial Benefits, this book was hilarious. While I might not have guessed it going in, Luke Young managed to fill this story with even more outrageously funny scenes. He also took the sex in this book to another level. The sex was a lot more varied and a lot more prominent. While the first book focused mainly on Jillian and Brian, this book has a large focus on Victoria as well. (Thus it would make sense that the sex become more diversified and abundant, knowing Victoria.) I enjoyed watching Victoria's romance bloom but was definitely left hanging at the end of the book. This book, like it's predecessor, is full of fully fleshed-out, unique characters and interesting twists in the plot line. I've learned quickly while reading Young's books that I will never know quite what to expect to happen next. I love the surprises he throws my way as I read! The characters are constantly growing and becoming more complex, both individually and in relation to each other. This was another great read by Young in a series that has proven to be exceedingly engaging and a lot of fun! I am excited to get started on the third book, Friends with More Benefits, and find out what happens next!
