Love short stories by my fav authors! Especially when it has to deal with characters from their books that the other characters know but we have no clue what they are like. Zoe Archer is one kick ass woman and mother for Jo and Olivia. I so hope she shows up in the later books with her ......

Liked the fact that you can get a sense more of what Zoe is as a mother and what she has done and what she has sacrificed as a person and a superhero and even in her personal life for the zodiac, for the sake of her children and to get revenge on the only person standing in the way of that happiness that she could ever have. She is a driven person and in a way exactly like Warren. Unfortunately, I think that is what has driven him so much to hate her child in the future and push her so much.

Revealing backstory for Zoe, how she rescued from after she became mortal and was originally involved with .
Definitely need to have read at least the first three books in the Zodiac series to appreciate this short.

It fills in some back story about Zoe and takes place between the 1st and 2nd books in the Signs of the Zodiac series. Very good.
